Agreed. I love both Alistair & Cullen and very happy with both romances but I prefer dark hair as well... and yeah Blackwall isn't my taste either (personality & too much facial hair for me lol). I don't mind older with a little bit of salt n' pepper sideburns lol

Damn Greendelle has done it again.
IRL I much prefer brown haired dudes, which is probably why I went after Blackwall first (and he's so easy). But I've seen a picture of Cullen with darker hair and it just doesn't suit him. Maybe it's his eye color? I surprised myself on how much I fell for him because normally I'm not into the hunky blonde (in game only, ahem...cough cough).

Yeah, I'd be down for Nathaniel but not so much Carver. I will always see him as my little **** of a brother and I love him for it. Definitely one of my favourite characters in DA2. Oooo, Carver! You said Carver!

You make a good point. I never really noticed that before...hmm I should connect things like that more often. You could also connect the same theory to characters in fantasy books.
Oh yeah, Velanna was certainly not chilled! Merrill had dark hair and she wasn't all that moody, while she was tortured...she was pretty laid back. She would be a tough one to judge for that. Sebastian was probably rather laid back before he was shipped off to the Chantry or so he implied. Bethany was pretty chill too...

And on that note, anyone got any suggestions where to post my first ever Fanfic? It is seriously long (I am such a long winded writer I swear!) so I need somewhere I can post a several 1000 and then some words. I really am nervous over posting it, this is something I have never done before. I also need to know how to post pictures on here too. I have 2 I did of Cullen, one close up, one more at a distance. They were the first ones I have ever done, so not fantastic, but not horrid either, so I figured I would at least share and see what you all think.

Bethany's also far more laid back than Carver, although she did have that whole "I just want to be normal" thing and her codex even mentions that she never really embraced her magic like a Mage Hawke did.

Lol, Nathaniel I was very interested in because of my canon Warden being a daughter of Teryn Cousland. I headcanoned that she and Nathaniel were actually betrothed to one another at one point...don't judge me! She then found Ali-cat, the love of her life and became the queen of Ferelden.
Well, you could post on FF.net or Archive of Our Own. I really like both places...I just joined AO3 and still trying to get the hang of it though. People do seem to really like the first chapter of my Solavellan fic...so it's a safe place. As for pictures, I use Twitter and then I upload the pictures I want from there to my Imgur account.

Yeah, Seb was quite the firecracker before he became tame with the Maker and Andraste...a shame. I still am pretty indifferent towards him since he wanted to off my Anders-kitty. Bethany was a far more developed character than what one would assume upon a first inspection of her.

Yeah, but Bethany always seemed to desire to have a family of her own some day or perhaps be able to get more involved in the Chantry, two things that being a mage denies her. If she's discovered to be a mage and thrown into a Circle, she can't have a kid without it being taken away from her, nor can she become a Chantry Sister as a mage, according to Keili in Origins.
Still, if she's in the Circle, she at least gets to act as a surrogate mother to her students, as we see with Ella. As a Warden, she's got not even that slim ray of hope, since the Taint makes conception difficult, if not impossible.
