. I romanced Solas my first playthrough without knowing what was going to happen, so when everything went down I was a bit in shock for awhile lol. *hugs*. A lot of people over in the Solas thread are hoping for a DLC too similar to Witch Hunt.
XD Can you blame them? I'm hoping for the option of having a good ending with Solavellan, but I really don't want it to be a copy of Witch Hunt.

Looks like we're closer in age! Technically my first computer was the Commodore 64, even if it was just used for games. I was a kid. I didn't even get a computer until after HS in the 90's, my parents were too cheap. We had a typewriter that I used for reports and essays.
Honestly, I think of it a completely valid question. Granted, the delivery could have been a bit more tactful, but inquiring minds do want to know!

Didn't the Solas writer say that he truly loved the IQ and didn't want to hurt her? I read that somewhere, that he wanted to tell her the truth and intended to do so in that scene where he leaves. I think that bodes well for future content (hopefully).

GIVE US ALL THE SOLAS, lol! Someone in the Solas thread is making an art piece titled "Wolf Hunt" and it's a collaboration piece with other IQs. It's pretty amazing. I highly doubt he will be a simple cameo...speaking of Solas...did you finish his romance? Just saw your post above mine, lol!

Yeah, PW said that Solas loved the IQ and was so close to telling her the truth, but then he realized that he would be going against everything that made him who he was/is.

By far my favorite out of all the tavern songs. There are actually two versions on the DA:O soundtrack - High Fantasy and Dark Fantasy. They are both very good. What was posted above was the High Fantasy version. Here is the Dark Fantasy version:

I had a boss recently who had different ring tones for a few specific people. I could always tell when his wife called - I think he used the Emperor's theme from SW for her (which was hilarious since she was a sweetheart whom he obviously adored.)
Actually, almost everyone there used sci fi or gaming ring tones, I know someone used "Scotty Beam me Up" and "A Keyboard, how Quaint" for cell and e-mails.
Hi, sorry to bother everyone but by any chance does anyone have an invite for AO3 they are not likely to use? If they're hard to come by don't worry; I'm not 100% sure how much I would post there (dA makes me split up long stuff and I don't think many people use it anymore, and ff.net seems kind of formal, but idk.) I kind of want to post some stuff where it might get more of an audience and I kind of don't want to post stuff where it might get more of an audience. Yaaaaay for having poor self-esteem. Not gonna get into it, just feeling kind of crummy lately.
If AO3 is likely to open registration back up again fairly soon then no worries, I'll just wait. Just thinking it might be a decent option.

Yeah, and now I can't be without my Galaxy Note! Best phone ever! And yes, I did join the iPhone bandwagon for a whole 4 months til I got so mad at it that ATT gave me a brand new Galaxy Note 3 for free just to keep me happy.

My dad promised he would buy it for my brother and I if we went to summer school computer classes, and we signed right up. Isn't that how most 10 year olds spend their summer? Learning BASIC?

I got mine in 2001 but that was only because I worked for a control freak boss who gave me one so he could reach me at any time. I still have the same number! It was one of those little Nokia bricks with the green screen. Best signal I've ever had.
