Yeah I have played this game numerous times and I have NEVER gotten that dialogue from Dorian.

I could talk about this all day! To me he doesn't appear that goody two shoes, not like Alistair. We also know that he used to go to the Blooming Rose brothel in DA:2 to question the ladies, and the other templars visited for pleasure, so it's not that big of a stretch that he would partake from time to time. It's all open to interpretation but I just see Cullen as someone who's a really good guy and wants to be in something for love, but he wouldn't be opposed to physical stuff before "I love you" is said. I also feel like they both knew they were madly in love way before they even hooked up.

I had trouble with the Keep at one point and I realized it was my own error - I neglected to "export" the file in the Keep first before firing up the game. Make sure that's done if you do another PT.

1) yeah I don't think we saw their first time. He was too smooth and he knew just what to do. I think we saw a moment of particular urgency, a point where he needs his faith in their romance reaffirmed, which does make it an impactful scene. I'd like to think their first time ends in a trail of thrown clothes up to her room after they play chess

2) he's definitely not a virigin in my mind either, but I'm not sure he would've partaken in the blooming rose shenanigans. He seemed awkward when he talked about it, like he didn't want to have to go back in there, so send Hawke. Sure, it could be he doesnt want to see someone there in particular, but I think he'd end up flinging with a fellow templare in kirkwall before a prostitute. He doesnt have to pay for sex! We've all seen that face!

My father has stage four lung cancer is currently going through chemo (we just found out 2-weeks ago and it has been a rollercoaster).  Makes me feel like the biggest dipsh!t alive for ever smoking, even if it is just vaping now.  Also the reason why my "memories"-themed Cullen fic had to take a back to seat to more fun stuff...cause it it was getting way to close to home to write it and I was getting...too close to the story...

 

I'm so sorry you're going through this right now My thoughts are with you and your family. Sometimes our fantasy worlds like Thedas can help us escape real world woes; I know that's the case for me  

 

And kalalala and Nevara and anyone else who's experienced loss and hardship, my condolences. 

 

I know it's not the same as losing a human family member, but I still cry on a daily basis on account of my cat being diagnosed with melanoma. So far she is still like her usual self, but it's like being on the Titanic and knowing the iceberg is coming. My baby for 12 years is going to die.

Yeah, I feel like chastity and the ability to have fun in the sack are sometimes wrongfully considered to be mutually exclusive. People have their own reasons for not wanting to immediately enter into a physical relationship without commitment and it doesn't necessarily mean they think it's morally better or that they're afraid to be wild when they do get down to it.

I quit smoking yrs ago my family has a genetic type of emphysema that is very aggressive they only found out it was a genetic type after did some testing. I lost 3 family members to it. I have nothing against smokers either being a former one myself

I dunno. On her saying I love you first, I think that fits with one of your points about how he needs reassurance. I like how they phrased it that she says it like, "you know this, right? don't forget it" because he seems like the kind of guy who constantly needs these reassurances. Like, I imagine him constantly having these moments where he stops and marvels, "Maker's breath, she loves me!" I don't think he was ever imagining that would happen for him, so the whole relationship is like a beautiful miracle for him.

And, yes, I'm having Cullen feels again. I just finished my Chocolate and Sex follow up.

NOPE! And I found a mod to make his face more inquisition-y. ; but the romance mod only partially worked for me I think. They made out in a corner, and it was very well done I must say. Their lips actually connected! but that was it, no farewell scene or when you see him again in the cage

On another note though I have 2 different types of PT's going on atm and damn I never would have thought it would be so angsty with my Dalish Artificer as it is one where I allied with the templars she is pro templars it has to do with her back story and everything I have done I have gotten disapproval from Solas in my pt and canon solas says some really nasty stuff about cullen and lavellen. 

My lavellen flipped her **** and ended up doing this to Solas for it

Yes, it was a very well made mod!  IIRC the mod is supposed to include two other scenes at the end of the mage origin and the Broken Circle (just small ones).  I can't remember if they triggered for me or not, but I do remember how well made that stolen kiss was.  Hot damn

*hugs* I'm so sorry.  I lost my father to stage four brain cancer back in 2013, and I know it's hard to watch a loved one go through such pain.  I can definitely relate to it being a rollercoaster.  I actually stopped smoking for awhile and then picked it up again after he died, which was the biggest dumb@ss move to make after losing a relative to cancer... but it's a comfort, you know?  I just now am trying to stop again.  But yeah, I wish I never started either!  If you ever want to talk, feel free to PM me, alright?

No? Sure seemed like sheer bashful terror to me and is there a vow or is it more like unspoken? Like don't get emotionally invested in these mages because there might come a day when you have to kill them, and killing them is your vow.
