[Owlfruit Potion]

Unfortunately I've once again screwed up the lips. While in the CC, all I did was ghost over "lip color" (didn't even attempt to change anything), and the lips suddenly turned bright red. Like, WTF? So that meant I had to painstakingly attempt to use the lip color and lip liner to create a natural color lip. I got the color and liner to be the exact same color in CC but of course once I start playing the lip liner is clear as daylight. Oh well. We'll say it's chapstick

THAT FRIGGIN' LIP LINER SLIDER! I wish it would default to matching the lipstick. I thought mine matched too, but outside the CC the liner was like 5 shades darker and my self-insert wound up with some serious 90's makeup. Assuming they eventually decide to patch in face codes so we don't have to start from scratch to play the same Inquisitor twice, that's the first thing getting fixed in the CC for my canon/completionist/Nightmare run.

As a side thought - I'm currently in the Fade and I came across the little graveyard. Not all of the stones are marked, so I got to counting. There are just enough for everybody including Hawke and the Warden (Alistair/Logain/Stroud). There has to be some significance to the unmarked one with the bottle of red lyrium - do you guys think it could be Cullen's? That would make a lot of sense for that to be his greatest fear (especially if your IQ recruited the mages and are thus working on Before the Dawn):
 

I was wondering the same about the unmarked graves this time around. I wonder if they're bugged that nothing pops up over them. I hadn't noticed the red vial, tho. Hmmm.

That's why I joined tumblr. People were blogging my screenshots, but because I didn't have my own blog, I wasn't getting credited. If you can't beat 'em, join 'em. Not sure if it's good, but I've already gotten over 150 followers in like a week. 

Yeah, I just reblogged it and added a message that I was glad they liked my video.  At least by posting a YouTube video, it's directly linked to my channel so I wasn't bothered.  I can understand why you were bothered by your screenshots since there was no way to trace them back to you for credit.

I like his smile! He looks fairly impish which would mean that Sera would have a riot with him. Is he sarcastic or sweet? Dorian pounces on both.

 

He's an imp all right! He even made Cassandra smile! That warmed my heart lol Yes I predict he'll get along great with Dorian, Solas (he's a-okay with spirits and all things magicky and is very worldly for a Dalish), and Sera.

Even so, there still are enough markers for everybody. Now I wonder if there are some glitched out.

Oh, yeah, I did a similar thing on my Hawke, second Inquisitor, and second Hawke, and their lipstick worked out fine. It was just more frustrating than it needed to be that first time, though.

And as for the graves, ooh! Like R2, I'd noticed that the extras might work out for that, but didn't notice the maybe!red lyrium. I figured they just didn't want to have to come up with one for Hawke and the Inquisitor that wouldn't ****** people off and left off the advisors to make that less conspicuous.

If you do your little search radar thingy, it pops up. After you pick it up, you bring it over to a table nearby and get a stat point. 

 

P.S. - I love it when flycam decides to glitch out and I have to re-beat a boss...

Could the red vial be Varric's? He's got the most direct connection to red lyrium...

Oh! That's the thingie you take over to the dreamer? In that case, I doubt it's related to that gravestone then, ya?

Still, seems like there would at least be graves for the advisors.

(edit: and I had to fight that boss like four times in a row since I kept trying to reload and see if I wanted to appease Solas or not... Ugh.)

Who recommended the fan fic "What We Become" by Crisium? Holy ****, it's good. I'm trying to savor it, but I'm almost done and that makes me sad. 

 

I will also add that I'm not really into the ring tones or alarms for the reasons you guys mentioned - just doesn't sound like Cullen, but I admire Greg Ellis for doing it.

Ehh he is never really very warm with you. We always felt like fellow soldiers of the inquisition, perhaps brothers in arms to some extent, but not dear friends. He's a bit standoffish (which suits his personality and is why I think a romance with him would be super sweet).

Well, after you finish his personal quest with his father. DO NOT FLIRT WITH HIM BACK AT SKYHOLD! The game should take you straight to a scene with Dorian*loading screen of course* and he will talk about the events with his father, just don't flirt with him there and you will be fine. Then right after that scene Dorian and Mother Giselle are bickering with one another...TAKE THE FLIRT OPTION THERE! He should kiss you/take initiative...as for his love scenes, well, I will let you wait for that one.

Harking back to the discussion a few pages ago about the noble's romance banter and Brianne's reply, I always figured that while Cullen himself wasn't noble, like Hawke he probably had nobility somewhere in his family tree.  As in, perhaps his father was a younger son of a younger son of some Fereldan bann, and didn't inherit any titles or money.  Perhaps, given his now lofty position, that's near enough for the Orlesian nobles? 

 

I'm pretty much basing this on the fact that he actually has a surname, and this little snippet from the Ferelden article in the Dragon Age wiki:

 

 

Sometimes commoners will have last names that stem from noble lines, foreign origins, land ownership or titles granted to family members in the past.  Otherwise, most Fereldan commoners introduce themselves with a reference to the area they come from or to their trade, e.g. Gareth of Oswin or Lomo Kettlemaker.

Not only a last name, but a middle name. That seems even more uncommon.
