While these don't have Cullen in them, I wanted to share the artwork I commissioned Aimo regarding moments from my canon playthroughs of BioWare games. I plan of getting one for each of the titles - so far I've had one done for Dragon Age Origins, Dragon Age II and Mass Effect 3.

 

This first one is of my male noble rogue Arturo Cousland and Alistair sharing a bromantic moment at the Gnawed Nobie. This takes place shortly after Arl Eamon is cured and just before the party begins the long trek to Orzammar:

The next one done is of John Shepard and Kaidan Alenko at the reception following their "commitment ceremony" -- with some champagne-fueled hijinks courtesy of James Vega. This one was done before the game's release but in light of the game's ending brouhaha, I definitely made the right choice in subject matter:

This one was just completed this past week. It was inspired by this conversation in the "Mark of the Assassin" DLC for Dragon Age II:

 

 Anders: Here I always figured you'd be the one coming to spring me from someone's dungeon. I had it all planned. I'd be in the Gallows, templars all around, holding the brand for the Rite of Tranquility. Then you'd burst in and break my chains. And then it would be all about the best way to show my gratitude.

 

 Hawke: Did it have anything to do with finding another use for those chains?

 

To say I wrestled on how "saucy" I wanted this to be was an understatement. After I sent my initial description to Aimo I immediately panicked. Thankfully, Aimo came up with some suggestions that vastly improved my original idea. While not graphic, there isn't that much left to the imagination. I don't think this violates any posting rules but I guess I'll find out soon enough:

So what's next? Definitely one for "Dragon Age Inquisition" between my rogue Inquisitor and Cullen but I will absolutely need to know more about the storyline before I can even start thinking of the commission's basics. In the meantime, stay tuned and enjoy the artwork!

MageTarot, those are amazing. I've seen the Shenko wedding one before and it's one of my favorites when it comes to Shenko art (although I sort of wish it had been femshep instead )

Yeah, I'm going to get used to the hair quickly.  It really does look "touchable" in the trailer, like the texture would be so silky and...well, you know.   I am pretty anxious about seeing a high res version of him. (Duh. )  Knowing that this close to launch it surely must be presented soon, I have a little bubble of excitement all the time.  It's rather unseemly for a woman my age, I think.

Mmmm... altho to my knowledge, no dev has officially, publicly confirmed that that is Cullen. However, his outfit is identical to the leaked survey concept art that looked even more like Cullen. So still technically circumstantial, but that's probably him.

I'm hoping to atleast see a little bit of the character creator. And how diverse we can make the characters look.

usually more game info. And sometimes, downloadable free game demos. But I'm mostly excited for the release of the keep, the game info and Dragons!! Also, on a small note, I'm kind of excited to see Alistair, I'm so hoping he had a better cosmetic surgery this time around lol

Since we just got a game play trailer, I'd imagine we are gonna get a "Story Trailer" (fingers crossed for narration by Flemeth) At the booth, hopefully they might have a small demo available. If not, some CC (come on earrings!). I'm honestly still surprised we got a release date and box art so soon. I thought we wouldn't be getting that till at least E3

He might still have the cheekbones and chiseled jawline, it's just hard to tell because he's situated in the corner of the room that's mostly shrouded in darkness. Dorian/Tony Stark alike/the dude next to Iron Bull and Solas got the best end of the deal when it came to lighting since the rays entering the room appear to pick out and enhance their features... except for Solas' eyes which seem to have completely disappeared!
