So random thought based on the insane amounts of attention those last Cullen shots got in just a couple hours - I think I just gave the person who made the Red and Black Finery mod the best advertising ever.
And should I be offended that my b/f put this on my fb for V-day???
Woke up this morning and watched this and laughed till I cried. It is so silly and sweet. Your Beau is a keeper! 
I went ahead and made a second character to romance Cullen, a Champion this time, and I think I finally got the hang of getting the eye colors just right

Sorry I lost the quote - there was a mention on here of Cullen and Cass ending up together if not romanced. My take on that is (and of course just my interp) that if they were going to hook up it would have happened already. They've been together for months by the time the Herald appears. They also seem so similar to me, almost too alike to fall for each other, but I do like that they seem very close. I ship them as BFFs I guess! Of course if anyone ships them as a couple, more power to you, just my take on it.

IIRC, you can revive someone a few times, but at some point you're permanently dead til partywipe or you finish the level. The time they spend together prior to meeting the Inquisitor consists of: Cassandra investigating Hawke's disappearance, Cullen having a vocational crisis and abandoning his Order, both leaving Kirkwall in a hurry to get back to Ferelden in time for the Conclave, Cullen going through the difficult decision of quitting lyrium and then surviving the probably horrible first weeks of withdrawal, then them getting to Haven only in time to watch it get blown out of the map, then Cassandra being too distraught mourning Justinia as Cullen tries to scramble together a resistance force... even disregarding the fact that Cassandra was actually already in a relationship until Regalyan died at the Conclave, there's no room for a pretty romantic fairytale between her and Cullen in middle of all that.
There's not even room for romance with the Inquisitor her/himself until the immediate issues at Haven are resolved and everyone finally gets some down time in Skyhold. You can be Cullen's perfect soulmate, he still doesn't have the time for that at that point. And then that same down time that allows Cullen and Cassandra to take a breather and begin to consider a relationship with the Inquisitor would allow them to consider a relationship with each other, after everything they've been through together and the strong friendship they've developed over these events. Them, or whatever other character one ships these two with, too (I'm rather fond of Cass/Leliana, Cullen/Belinda and Cullen/Macha as well) - the point is more that neither of them are in the head space for a relationship until Skyhold finally gives them an opportunity to catch a break from life, anyway.

It's actually pretty horrible that they force Solas to wear that ugly hat. Cullen & Dorian (& even Bull & BW) look really great in the Prince outfit. Imagine Solas in that outfit without hat? He'll look much more dashing than with hat for sure.
Still, actually that outfit looks better on human male than any other race/gender. Male quizzy, Cullen, Dorian & BW look dashing in them really.

I thought they were no longer together by the time he died at the Conclave? You have really good points but relationships have blossomed under more dire and constrained circumstances in fiction before, it's not out of the realm of possibility that there could have been a moment in a tent or two between Cass and Cullen if the attraction was there.
To add, I don't think Cass/Cullen will be romantic fairy-tale kind of relationship. Cass the kind of girl who dreams a little about poetries & roses & candles but really practical. Honestly I can't imagine Cullen on that kind of stuffs really, he's a bit too... earnest (?) for that. If ever they were to be together, he might try, then get really flustered IMO. I find Cullen's the guy who can be really loving & romantic & earnest but not the poetry-rose-candles type...
I imagine if Cullen/Cass are couple, it'll be something started with friendship bond, a very earnest relationship that builds over time & trust. They might share each other's burden, trying to support each other, be there for each other. That kind of thing

Good to know there's a limit on rezzes (of course, somehow I never figured out last night that there were rezzes a couple of times ). I don't actually have Skype, but I do have TeamSpeak and have had a couple of others in the past.
I am looking forward to the dance. It's been way too long since my last real romantic interaction with Solas. The hat isn't exactly a winner for me, but it annoys me less than some other stuff.
I just have a chapter of my Zima story I've been holding out since it fits the theme, somewhat, probably not in the ways other people are interpreting it; it was the result of another question I asked myself: what ways could someone react to this scene and why? And now that I actually finished Abyss myself, I have a chapter between that hopefully will go up later today. Sadly, not much humor for the next two or three chapters, but I've got humor ideas for WE/WH that may result in two or three short chapters, at least one putting Sera's particular talents to use...

Hmm that's a good scenario. I like the idea of "a moment in a tent" happening between them at some early point to let out the steam of some unresolved sexual tension that's been building since Kirkwall, and then that being put aside until much later, when they can either move on to the Inquisitor, or back to each other in my games where I'm not romancing Cullen. See, you're a natural.

Yep, that's exactly how I ship them. Not as a fairy tale boy meets girl story, but as comrades who have each other's back in the field, support each other's burdens as friends, and give each other comfort in the privacy of their quarters. You're a natural too!

Cass is not specific about when the thing with Regalyan ended, if it ever did. She just mentions he was the one time she loved another man, to an Inquisitor romancing her.
Belinda is the Templar in the multiplayer campaign. She has some interesting banter, I like her personality, and think she could go nicely with Cullen if circumstances were different ("circumstances" being another name for "my Inquisitor" ). eta: oh yeah, and she's also featured in the war table mission involving Maevaris, that Cantina posted a couple pages ago: Belinda is one of the Templars Cullen sends to Minrathous to give the magisters a scare.

I finally got the b/f to buy the game! It's on sale for V-day. He's never had any interest in the games - he tried DA:O and hated it. Hopefully he will like this game as much as I do!
