Yeah, I'm fine. It was just a really bad gash that apparently could had made my index finger lose its tip. However, I think I traumatized some people by the blood and the fact that I cursed worse than a Navy Seal. It also doesn't help that the person who I was somewhat into was there, so that was embarrassing. I just have to be very careful with that finger so my typing is a lot slower.
Thank goodness you're OK! Give the poor thing time to heal, and don't do whatever you did to gash it again!

I may not be on too much today or more like I will be lurking since I nearly chopped off the tip of my finger and it is rather hard to type. At least it wasn't my left hand or I would had been screwed. I apologize for the OT, but I thought I should inform everyone!

Glad you're ok! I've managed to do quite a bit of damage to the upper knuckle on thumb while doing dishes...stupid glass broke while I was washing the inside. I was alone when it happened and had no idea what to do - blood going everywhere trailing throughout the house to my phone so I could call for help (since I'm dumb and my mom knows how to dress stuff since she's a vet tech). It looked like a fracking crime scene. I managed to cut all the way to the bone and partially into the tendon. It took a couple years for me to be able to fully bend that knuckle...and the scar still makes it look like a butt. So now I'm forever afraid to wash glasses in the sink.

Oh yes, the whole "Glass washing thing." I stopped hand-washing glasses because it happened to me twice. I then started using plastic cups. Since my husband I moved and now have a dishwasher we use glasses again.
Though my dishwasher did break a couple of glasses. I am just glad it was not my hand.

Man... how funny that that sounds so horribly traumatizing and then I just published a DA battle scene where Hawke shrugged off three different scores from a blade. LOL Yay, reality.

ST nerd that I am, I bought the "Women of Star Trek" four collector glasses; one fateful night, I dropped my Jadzia Dax glass 
I tried to find all the pieces and vacuum them up, but one evidently got stuck in my foot. It stayed there, causing noticeable pain for about 2 weeks. Then it seemed to get absorbed into the skin. A few months later, though, it returned. Then was reabsorbed. It's like Jadzia Dax is living inside me somewhere... I wonder when she'll reappear xD

Regarding the character descriptions: I wish there was more on Cullen And gosh, Blackwall... like two sentences?! I am guessing the writers each wrote these up for their characters. Cause I can tell DG wrote Dorian and Cass. He even gives old school RPG references.

Oh, Zarro ... It's good to hear you're okay though.
Don't worry Lola, it will come back, I'm sure. I did that at a restaurant job I had back in the day. It was at the end of a twelve hour shift and it was on my birthday. Definitely one of the worst, but not typical, I'm glad to say. I got feeling in the end again about a year, or a year and a half later. My nail is normal again, too.

The doctor said that it would take quite a while for it to heal, to be honest I was pretty much zoning out since I was on some pretty strong pain medicine. Well, I was helping out in the library since I didn't really have anything to do and I don't know if my finger got caught under something or something closed on my finger. It was all pretty fast, but the pain lasted until the medicine kicked in.

It better! Fingertips do grow back, right...RIGHT!? I will have a scar, but hopefully everything will get better with time. I swear if fingertips don't grow back...Ima gonna cut...come to think of it I probably shouldn't use that statement.
