I'm still not entirely sure how much "godhood" they might have if the elven gods were more akin to just really powerful immortals, but otherwise I agree. I was thinking more that that whatever makes her Flemeth is what she somehow sent through the eluvian (the horcrux idea) with the hope that we actually see Flemeth herself again in future installments. But her power she passed to Solas, since that's what he needed. I also hope Solas is still Solas afterward. But it will be really interesting if he's different after that. I mean, weird and possibly tragic and sad for those who romanced him, but interesting.
I also got the interesting banter between Dorian and Solas for the first time (since I never take two mages with me normally...) about the orb. Where Dorian says the Tevinters call them "somnaborium" or vessels of dreams. Interesting stuff.
Yeah, who knows? Maybe Flemeth left a little parting gift in her power that Solas swallowed up. I don't think Flemeth would give up so easily without a means of continuing her own plans.
And yes, the somnoborium. My guess is that those orbs, those "vessels of dreams" are collectively what could have raised the Veil, since one alone was able to almost the bring the Veil down in its entirety and we were also able to patch the hole with the orb in the ned. Also, I think that perhaps they were symbols of power among the elven gods and that perhaps each god also might have owned one such orb. And when the Elven Empire fell, Tevinter mages might have stumbled upon some.
