I killed the strongest dragon in the game with three things: IQ's focus ability, Sera's focus ability, and bees. It took around thirty seconds. #ImaBoss

LOL! I never have any resistance potions or anything. I just charge right in and level everything in my way. I remember this one time where I was controlling Sera and she shot down the dragon right out of the sky. It was so satisfying! I love owning epic beasts!

I bloody hate that armour... I'd rather equip something that has lower stats but looks better on my Quizzie. I can't believe that's what I paid extra for. The only reason why I got the deluxe edition (or whatever they call it) is because I suspected they were going to withhold a companion, as had become the norm for Bioware lately. Instead I got this monstrosity. And that gaudy throne... ugh...

 

I wish there was more armor variation.  It seems there are only two or three styles.  I would like to give my Inquisitors different looks but it seems they end up with the same armor.

I work 10+hr days quite often...it's not fun...especially when one is salaried... 

 

Same. Plus a 40-minute commute both ways.

 

My bff had to go to school for two years in order to work her old job with early childhood development - she made minimum wage. I have a high school degree and lack of college hasn't even been mentioned and my boss is pushing me to post into a higher tiered position, yet I'm perfectly happy making what I make (it's enough, we'll leave it at that). The company I work for is all about actual experience over degrees. Yet my bff couldn't break minimum wage and they made her go to school for two years? And now she can't find any jobs in the field without going to school for another two years. Yeah, that makes a whole lot of sense. She ditched her career with teaching and is now thinking about nursing. But like me, she's in her 30's and at some point she needs to just work with the bed she made or else she's never going to climb that wonderful ladder of work life. 

 

Don't even get me started about what I think about college in general for most career goals.  I just get so angry when I see so many people in debt for their whole lives over it and either don't even use the degree(s) they get or can't find a job at all.  

 

Here's how dumb I am. I had my undergrad student loans paid for but hated my job, so I quit it, switched careers, and got a Masters in Library Science. (Yes, you do need a graduate degree to be considered a professional librarian.) Now I have graduate school loans. The only good thing is that I can have my loans forgiven in 10 years (9 now) for being a public service employee.

 

And I really do love my job now. It pays well and I'm in management, but sometimes I just want to get home at a decent time.

Until the first time I tried to get to him and tumbled down into his chasm right on top of his dog...definitely my best d'oh moment. Didn't realize I had to go through the damn chasm! I was like "bioware, come on, I have to base jump to get to this guy??"

Nope. Usually I am three levels below them. It's called I am very patiant and level up my characters correctly or more like in a manner that warrents victory the majority of the time.

LOL!!  I hate it, too. I based it on a local fave in my husband's home town. :shudder: Since "hard to eat food" was the theme for the story, I had to run with it. I mean, chocolate fondue seems sexy... until you actually try to eat it in polite company. So it was too much fun to show the other side of sexy, smutty chocolate, especially for awkward couple extraordinaire, Cullen & Trev. LOL  Eating nasty little smoky bony fish seemed par for the course.

Yeah, I see it often too. Some are nice and add credit after I say something, some never respond. All I can ask is that if you notice one then please feel free to say something in the notes and tie it back to me. That's why I started adding a watermark to the character shots, but that doesn't spot people from cropping or editing it out. 

Yeah, like I said when this all first came up, folks don't really think about screenshots the same way they do with other art, so watermarking and vigilance is really all you can do. :/ I'm sorry it's bumming you out. 

 

Meh, it's one of the nicer judgmental posts I've seen on the subject. I've seen people call us white supremacists, homophobic amd other shitty things. But honestly, that sort of thing is so ridiculous that it's just hilarious to me. To quote Karen Walker, 'I'm not racist, and you can ask anyone I own.'

It's pretty nice on the female Trevelyen. I still don't care for it.

 

You could always go get the Knight's Divine Armor. Armor rating of around 212 and pretty good stats. It looks nice as well.

And because he couldn't afford the $1,000/mo payments, he now has all sorts of wage garnishments, etc etc. He will literally never be able to pay it off because the garnishments just cover the interest. Unfortunately, there is no way out of it - he's even consulted lawyers. Every time I see a commercial on TV for one of those schools it incites my rage because it makes me think of his situation. I won't say which school it was, but it's one of the big ones that advertises all over TV.

It is one of the earlier armors. That one is really form-fitting!
