That is rather awesome, but I'm not sure there's a way to do that for images on Flickr or Imgur. I think it would only work for Tumblr where you can edit HTML.

Yeah, you could put a small stamp right near the center of the image in an empty spot, and make it semi transparent but not so much that you can't read it.
Unsurprisingly, there are no armors in guild wars 2 that closely resemble the commander's getup, but I threw a scarf onto my Cullen-named warrior to somewhat emulate the bulky boa

Yeah, that shrink wrap technique sounds amazing for personal sites but even on Tumblr it wouldn't work - all a thief would have to do is reblog it to a blog without the coding to be able to save the image as normal. Someone who really wanted an image could also just ctrl+u on the page and find the URL manually anyway by sifting through the HTML. I think your best bet is to add a slightly transparent watermark on the middle of your images, not covering his face but maybe off to the side. If you use Photoshop you can blend the colors of the watermark somewhat with the bg so it doesn't contrast too much with the rest of the image. It's a pain and definitely dampens the aesthetics, but it's the only way to get any credit online these days. :/
I think you said you didn't want to do it but there is still the option to message abuse@tumblr to have all edits and reposts of your work taken down. All it takes is a quick email with your original post permalink and the permalink of the offending post - it isn't much of a hassle and they usually do it within a day.

The thing is, my BFF told me that it's easily... worked around. If someone wants your pic so badly, they'll have it. They won't have the best HD quality however, if you put 600 pixel * 600 pixel they can't have better. But there's way to remove it apparently.

Well, there's on tumblr. I heard that Greendelle & eternalshiva got once their work stolen & plagiarized in livejournal or something like that. Guess that on Tumblr & Deviant Art it won't be difficult, but I wonder how about WordPress & other non-moderated sites?

I'd wanted to start reporting people but I wasn't sure if Tumblr would do anything since they're screenshots and technically Bioware owns the subjects, right? It's not like a drawing or painting where it's personal recreations of copyrighted material.

When it comes to safe guarding your image from some ass'hat, sadly there is really nothing you can do.
While Mel, I or anyone else does our best to watermark our "work" there are so many people out there who can easily remove it with a bit of time on their hands. Yes, people are that desperate.
Does it peeve me off? Of course. But if I managed to track someone down who does use my work or anyone else I know, all I or anyone can do is send them a message and inform them to give credit where it should be. Even then these ass'hats generally laugh and ignore.

These days I do it and the person does not move nor say word. Its like manners have completely been blown out of some peoples lives and into outer space. And the internet is far far worse. Sometimes it can get so bad its like flashbacks to high school days.
While we can do our best to ask for credit in the end people do not care and that angers me just as badly as someone "thieving" our work.

I just went through that Coracavus (??) underground area in Western Approach. Came across page after page of Tevinter atrocities and Dorian didn't have a word to say! Blackwall wouldn't shut up about things though. I feel they should've had Dorian comment on his homeland's atrocities more... maybe I'd have liked him more. He just seems like a naive apologist at present... but on the other hand, his personal quest finally fired for me So that should be fun.

Yep, just the other day I was in the grocery store with my b/f and I was standing where I thought I was out of the way in front of an end-cap while he was browsing the meat across the way. As I was standing there with our cart, this woman on a cell phone came over and started standing there talking. I thought she was just getting out of the way as well. Nope. She basically just pushed me out of the way and didn't even say "excuse me" to get to the display behind me because she was soooo busy on her cell phone. Later on, I saw her going through the cashout lane, still on her cell phone. She didn't even stop talking to unload her groceries or say "good evening" to the cashier. Some people, I swear....

Being a former cashier I can say when someone is busy on their phone talking it is difficult to do your job. If that damn phone conversation was important, just leave the store and sit in your car until your done.
And don't get me started on some parents who just let their kids running around the store <rubs forehead>.
It probably be some time before we hear information about a DLC let alone see it.
In an interview the developers stated that while a DLC is in the early stages, they are however focusing their attention on Patch 5.
