I have no issues. Other than needing to take that extra step to get mods working, they're all there. I don't notice any less banter (never had much to begin with), but my game load times are cut down by more than half.

As I understand it, this is an artifact of how Frostbite itself loads the maps and environments, so it's not getting fixed because it's just how the engine works.

Oh, yeah I get that, but before sometimes it would take several minutes to load up the game at the start. Now it only takes about a minute. And re-loads and environment moves are almost instant now, at least for me.

Do you still sit down and start writing, even though your mood might have a negative effect on your characters and/or the quality of the story. In which case you might have to rewrite it later on. Do you try to bring yourself in the right mood, e.g. through music. Or don't you write at all and hope you have more luck the next day?

Depends really. I was having an absolute wretched kinda day when I wrote my last story, but the fic turned out beautifully. When I mad, sad, or pissed off, I try to turn my pain into something creative. However, if I simply don't feel like writing, I don't want to force it at all, cause that's when it to turns to crap for me, at least.

(I know not everyone likes the lion thing, and I'm not even into lions as animals especially - I'm totes a bear person - but this is so working for me.)
I don't write half as often as I'd like to, but it's often something I turn to when feeling down. I often start off by writing out exactly how I feel, maybe why I feel that way as well. Pour out that negativity onto the page and then move on with a slightly clearer head. It works for me, but everyone is different

I usually always write when i am feeling melancholy cause I need to channel that stuff or I am a monster. But then, I write angst-ridden fluff, mostly. Meethinks there is a connection.
When happy, I write goofy poems and limiericks. Also, weirdly...I kinda need to be in a good mood to write Cullen. He resides on the brighter side of my spectrum while DAO lies on the darker side. I have no idea why, but that is the case. Hence Cullen fics come along ALOT slower, cause I am writing in a headspace reserved for running around and singing and crap. LOL!
