And it appears there's a patch 6?! I haven't even gotten around to doing the mod work arounds for patch 5 so phew!!

Anyone dl yet and try with mods? Or is it just an achievement update?

Charming! What's Astro? Astronomy? If so, that's the only class you mention that doesn't scare me, lol. Though there's a lot of connection between sociology and anthropology, I guess, and I loved anthropology (but the archaeological type). But yes, sometimes it feels like the professors get together and decide "let's see if they can survive THIS!"

It's like they had insider knowledge of Bioware and just wanted to screw me over lol.

Yeah, the new patch doesn't work with mods (again  ).  The modders are looking for a way to make patch 6 compatible, so I'd recommend staying offline Origin for any mod users here.

Boogers thx for the tip... perhaps vanilla game will have to do for dlc. The only reason I mod is to freshen up the story and appearance a bit, but new dlc is fresh...sooo...yah...

Well, the only one I have is the Cass mod, so I guess if I just don't play Zhenya until they get it fixed, I'll be OK with patch 6. Blast it...

Mod_Manager isn't working with patch 6. And there will likely be problems with the DLC too.

Please be patient, we will post a fix as soon as we can!

Yes, I think this is a prudent policy for us all, independent of platform, since not everyone will be able to play it right away.

I think the character threads I visit should be OK on spoilers, though I worry that some people may carelessly put spoilers in the thread titles once the DLC is released :/.  I'm on PC but I plan on waiting until I'm certain my mods will work with patch 6 along with the new DLC.  Yes, I'm that attached to my mods

Uh oh...I check out your new screenies on your tumblr too. I know not what this tumblr thingie is capable of, but can screenies be tagged there too if you take any in new dlc?? I'm on pc, but who knows when I'll be able to play...

Crud...I just realized that I'll have to wear class specific armor without my mods!! Oh the humanity !!

If anyone is interested. There is a way to roll back to Patch 5 to get your MODs working again. I am doing this now.

 

Just go to the post section and scroll down a little bit. There is instructions on how to do this.

I don't understand why they aren't yet allowed to tell us when it is coming out for PS4. I mean, I accept that that's the case because Darrah said so, but all that legal BS is so weird. I hope the trailer includes that information. I could play it on PC but my canon Inquisitor doesn't live there (yet) and I want to do all the DLC first on that playthrough.

PS4 people got screwed so hard with this. I am not pleased by it...even though I realized that it was coming after I got over my excitement and read the rest of the posts. I got DAI on my PC and I have to upgrade it a bit and then I need to get my canon IQ over there...so...I will not be playing the DLC for quite some time.

Welcome to game dev, where half of the legal mumbo jumbo and red tape doesn’t even make sense to or is even wanted by the devs. Believe me they probably want to tell PS4 users when it's coming but someone from legal is breathing down their necks.

Not only lots of interesting speculation but super exciting news! Wow, tomorrow. I really wonder what type of DLC it will be. I have the feeling it will be during the main story like legacy was, but who knows? Lookin' forward to it
