I understood what was written as him being 8 when he decided that was what he wanted to do and not actually leaving until he was 13.

Yes, that's just the age that they happen to tie their estimate to in the narrative. It just says that he stated at the age of eight he wanted to be a templar. Later, the text says "ten years after his childhood declaration" he was assigned to Kinloch Hold as a templar, yay. None of that conflicts with him starting to train at age 13.

The things these guys are talking about are unrelated to the leaks the dev’s are talking about. These guys are simply talking about stuff people found hidden in patch 6/DLC. The dev’s are talking about threads started or information spread by people who were/are part of the beta and spilled the beans on everything.

Nah, he was as bad as the rest of them. I didn't share the whole Canticle. He was fully in line with sacrificing the thousands of slaves to power the spell to Breach the Fade. Don't feel bad for killing him.

Yeah, the preview is basically randomized for everyone. I see from page 1-81, then 82-280 is taken out. Then I get 281 to the end of the book. But I actually managed to get some extra pages today that I couldn't see yesterday.

BUT, it's said that as Andraste was frail in her youth, Maferath took a concubine, Gilivhan, and the first three children, (all sons), were actually born by her, but officially recognised as Maferath and Andraste's. The sons went of and did stuff on their own, but where it gets interesting is when it comes to Andraste's two daughters. Apparently, she got stronger later in life and had two daughters, Ebris and Vivial. Ebris took after her mother, was sickly and didn't have children. Vivial did.

'Vivial dared to proclaim affection for a Tevinter mage, Regulan. They went into exile before the betrayal and sought no connection to any of the resulting chaos. Vivial had several children, all daughters. The record is vague as to their names, for their mother actively sought to destroy any record, sometimes appealing to sects of Our Lady's believers to aid her.'

I'm reconvinced that Mythal inhabited Andraste, Vivial and her line for a time. The Flemeth parallels, man, the parallels.

I dont think that's Flemeth though, cause Flemeth herself confirms the actual tale of Flemeth to be true, so that would have happened in the Towers Age, which occurs long after Andraste's children.

Yeah, I got one or two new pages today, but by and large mine are more broken up than that and run throughout the whole book, missing a few to tens of pages here and there. Frustrating... the release date used to be in April, right?? Bah... May 12.

I dont think that's Flemeth though, cause Flemeth herself confirms the actual tale of Flemeth to be true, so that would have happened in the Towers Age, which occurs long after Andraste's children.

Which also suggests that Mythal would have needed a host earlier than that, since surely all the elven god shenanigans happened contemporarily or earlier than the the fall of Arlathan, right?
