The Herald doesn't call Cullen by his full name - the royal announcer does no?
Herald is actually the title for anyone making a formal announcement like that. I think the IQ got the Herald tagged on her because people hoped it meant she was heralding the return of Andraste or the Maker...
I swear he was not introduced in my game. They introduced some others but notre him. Maybe I was too quick to act or did something that cut the presentations?
The intros take quite a while, so if you crossed straight to Celene, maybe it cut them short? I always pause halfway across the floor to listen because some of them are quite funny. And he'll include things sometimes, like Leliana being someone's mistress if there's the right warden in the world state.
I think if you go too fast it gets cut...

Avvaar Cullen, yummy. I'm just now playing through the DLC (getting to lvl 20 is hard!) Agreed that post-game DLC is really all I'm looking forward to right now, unless they do some companion/advisor centric material like the Citadel DLC for ME3.

Maybe we can gather and suggest it on their official page or something, if they see a lot of fans asking for it they might consider it?
They're very aware that we want more follower content before DAI fully ends and in particular that fans would love a Citadel-style DLC (which doesn't mean the latter is going to happen given how plot-light Citadel was and how many major plots are yet to be resolved in DAI); Mark Darrah recently tweeted that "there will be follower stuff in upcoming DLC", which hopefully includes advisors.
(EDIT: I do also wonder why they chose not to prioritize follower content in JoH, though. I ended up loving it--didn't care either way about the Avvar before JoH but after playing it I might prefer to hang out with them than any other society we've seen in DA--but it seemed like a strange thing to prioritize that over either resolution of the several hanging plot threads or more character-heavy content. Insert Early Access conspiracy theory here, I guess.)
Also, at least Mary Kirby has moved to the new IP with Gaider, which (combined with the "last DLC" thing on that survey) makes me wonder if writing for DA:I might be mostly done. :\

I hope so. Gaider tweeted something about talking with her in what seemed like a professional context the other week -- I hope that was an inter-team meeting or something and not evidence that she's on the new IP too.

I can only imagine that they needed some sort of "filler" content that they could release to hold us over while they were working on a more plot centric add-on. Something that would require more in-depth writing, voice acting from companions, additional in-game resources, etc. At least I hope so lol.
Back on the Cullen track, I had such a good idea for a fanfic prompt involving Cullen and I have no idea if it already exists and/or where to pitch it. I noticed the Rider's Posture perk from Cullen's area of expertise, and am in desperate need of Cullen giving horseback riding lessons to an inexperienced rider, i.e. circle mage Trevelyan, preferably pre-initiated romance 
I wants it.
I'm trying not to get too excited about the DLC. For one, several people either aren't in it (if it's post-Cory, and it sounds as if it is) or they're the center of the story - either Leliana, Vivienne, or Cass should be Divine and not around. That pretty much eliminates at least one of them from being in the DLC...unless something happens to the new Divine, and the hints point to the qunari, the deep roads, and/or Solas, mostly. I'd love to see more Cullen (and most of the others,) but I'm concerned the DLC is being written in response to the people who wanted the ending to be more tragic, etc. Or maybe I'm just extra pessimistic tonight because I'm assdeep in moving boxes, etc., lol.

On DLC, since we know that Leliana's voice actress has recorded new material, I'm going to remain optimistic that in at least one of the upcoming DLC, we'll see the advisors. I'm frankly much more excited about post-game material than *yawn* more cut side quests from in game (*cough* Jaws of Hakkon *cough*). So I'm going to stay optimistic! Ain't no way they'll make the Solas romance sadder (except perhaps as one choice amongst several for the masochists among us), so I just can't see the ending being universally tragic. Not from the folks that turned Cullen into the Abercromby and Fitch poster child.
I'm really scared that the "ending" or whatever it is, something similar to this fic might happen. If there's story content for the next DLC involving Cullen, guess that I'll really wait for spoilers to see if something similar happen or not before deciding to play it or not T___T.

Probably because he's basically the "sunshine" type. In DA:I/Warden he's really really mature (IMO) and I seriously like him even a bit more than Cullen. Somehow, IRL I think that Cullen might be a bit stressful to live with XD. Alistair's much more easy going
- Cerulione: Oh no I don't think they would do something THAT tragic, a DLC is supposed to please the fans... Not leave them unsatisfied and depressed...

Hmmm TBH they did mention doing some Exalted March DLC back in DA2 with apparently many people killed etc2 so IMO doing an ultra tragic DLC isn't above them... >.<
