And they're making it sound as if the player has free option to choose how their inquisition wraps up. Viv and Cass were both shown in combat.

No, I think Trespasser IS the epilogue. 

 

It's all one thing that will let you choose how to wrap up your Inquisition.

No, I think Trespasser IS the epilogue. 

 

Oh wow, it's over? Um, ya I know I probably should've waited before opening my mouth. I only meant that in addition to the Qunari plot you can finalize your relationships with everyone. And I'm pretty sure they meant EVERYONE. Companions, advisers, love interests etc.

From Mike's wording, yeah, it seems like we'll be able to choose how the Inquisition wraps up. I'd like if we had the choice to shut it down entirely, just step down but let the Inquisition go on, and to continue on as Inquisitor. That would let everyone acommodate their characters to their own taste - those who want to stay in power living in the fancy castle and calling the shots can (me ), those who want to step down and go back to their clan or their old friends or just go live with Cullen in a quiet farm can, and those who think mission accomplished means the Inquisition's time is over also can call curtains on the whole thing. Everyone's happy.

I've yet to catch up on the responses from when I went to eat but, I think I'm happy with what they've told us at least. Still sad that this is it but, hopefully they'll give us enough uh- options to satisfy everyone or at least something vague enough that it allows people to headcanon their ending. Admittedly, I jumped up and started screaming when they announced the wardrobe. But it shows they've listened to fans for something albeit trivial so hopefully they'll idk give us something worthwhile for the end. Aka I can't wait to see Cullen again. But geez that means it's been what, at least 5 years since it started right?

Oh! Oh! OH! AND. The whole thing with how you can interact with your companions through the log and talk about how they've been doing in the past two years (Mike's own words!) has definitely given me hope for Cullen romance content! If we can ask everyone else what they've been up to, we have to at least get a nice cutscene with our love interest, it only makes sense. And since Cullen's been there all along with Inky, we can maybe hope for something romantic and domestic like the Citadel romance content, yes?

I'm kind of glad for the wardrobe, but you know, I just got clothing mods for both my dwarves and dalish that I really like, sigh. I won't mind with the Dalish TOO much if the new choices are decent. But I really hope Gilsa can make her Carta Cut mod work with the new one because it is so perfect for a Carta dwarf (and I might have a thing for black leather )
