Thanks for the explanation, I hope the patch is ready as well for PS4, I have to check again ^^
Oh it is. I know because it took me a good few hours.

That DLC is supposed to be released on September 8th, right? so why are there already spoilers?
And what is that patch we can already download? for PS4 as well? last time I check, there was no patch to download
- Ariella: that red uniform suits him, I think! everything suits Cullen
I'm still waiting for the revival of the Cullenite spoilers thread! The few spoilers I've seen are all on reddit. I want more, and I know there's more, but no one seems to be interested enough to show them.

but anyhow, if you wanted to read that, shameless self-promotion and all: The Inquistion is 20 years late.
Just a minor point (that I always seem to be pointing out
), but only one of Cullen's two possible DAO ending slides (the mage-siding one) has the "snapped and killed three mages" rumor - the Templar-siding slide makes him the next Knight-Commander in Greagoir's place, instead. So not only that slide is not canon because the devs have confirmed all slides as only rumors, it's also not canon because there are versions of the game's ending where that slide doesn't even exist, and the rumor about him is completely different.
Otherwise, very interesting post and theory, and it does make Cassandra's general behaviour in DAI make a lot more sense, specially in how she and Leliana "remember Justinia differently" and attribute completely different purposes to the Inquisition.
Oh wow I forgot about that! Should we head there? There's spoilers I really want to talk about!
I think those discussions should move to the spoilers group, yeah. It's hard enough to navigate around accidental spoilers already, and we still have at least a week to go before release.

Man, I forgot about that, since I never joined. Yes, agree with everyone else, good idea.
Yeah, I've just set up the thread in the spoiler group if anyone's interested.
Where is this thread?

Jesus, it took 2 goddamn hours to download that freakin patch.
Wow! I don't have a great internet connection, and it only took me about 10 minutes.
Oh, and extreme empathy on the KE, sigh, because that's what I was playing on my Cullenmancer. Why they felt the need to do crap like that in SP, I dunno, but I'm regretting DLing the patch more and more. It's not as if we can change to a different spec now, so I'm stuck with a level 22 KE who isn't going to be able to do what I expected and I'm stuck. Not that I particularly want to continue playing her until her mods are fixed anyway because what I disliked originally looks much worse the second time around.
I happened to see what the wardrobe options are (can't download the patch til later tonight) and honestly, it kind of feels like BW is making fun of us?
Somewhat unrelated- Seeing as how only leathery older dudes show up in speedos at the beach I go to, I had to do some research. And holy crap they really do not leave much to the imagination. >.> I think I've only found lifeguards in Australia wearing them. If someone actually managed to get Cullen to wear one he'd probably tie a sweatshirt around his hips lol.

I think their art department, or whoever makes these executive decisions, just has genuinely terrible taste in clothing design. If you look back through Jade Empire, Dragon Age and Mass Effect, there hasn't been like... a single civillian outfit in these games that wasn't hideous. Even their armor designs aren't that remarkable, but the clothing is something else. ![]()
In any case, I did find at leasts one outfit I legit like and would use for my IQ:
At least for my rogue Quizzie, who's always wearing leathers anyway, this one outfit looked decent enough to walk around in while the mod manager gets updated. Certainly much better than the Beige Horror.

Yup that's pretty much the only outfit I'd consider donning lol. Idk I think BW should start hiring fashion grads. Or at least get someone to host a color theory seminar. I was actually really surprised they didn't pick the silver silk for anything... not sure why they couldn't just implement a pj tint mechanic, or did they? I assumed you could only choose from the 12 presets but maybe I'm wrong. In any case, I too found the DAI armor lackluster. Playing a warrior I found myself envying Sera a lot. Not that I like absolutely hated some of the choices, but I found a lot of their consistent design elements uh... weird? Like the whole coat thing + obi belt I thought was a bit strange, but at least I think it's grown on me. And this is coming from someone who's attempting to cosplay a version of the battlemaster gear lol. But replaying Origins, at least the armor felt like, well armor. *shrugs*

I like that one too...on your Trev. Don't like it on my Dalish (though I will probably like it more once the mods are working again) and detest it on my Cadash, sigh. And it looks good on the male Cadash too. Still, there are at least a couple I like on my Cadash, and almost all of them are a huge improvement on the beige horror, lol. I'd been kind of excited about the idea that they'd designed some for specific races (very little transfers well from humans and elves to female dwarves) but I guess not. Even though I'd rather have back my mod-designed outfits and build, I'm really glad the non-PC players finally have some choices.
Actually, I'm a little surprised that they didn't do anything with hair, but OTOH, considering how the quality of their hair designs has significantly declined from DAO, I'm just as glad they're leaving that to the modders, lol.
Yeah, I've just set up the thread in the spoiler group if anyone's interested.
Link please?
Here you go.
It's says I'm not allowed to join... Do we need an invitation?
In the spoiler group. I've just sent you an invite.
Can I have an inv too please?
Now I am curious

Someone invite me to the spoilers group pretty please. It didn't occur to me to look for spoilers and then I read here that there were some, and then I found them and now I'm combusting!
Although I am actually avoiding spoilers this time round, I've invited you all to the spoiler group

On the Wardrobe, even MLaidlaw mentioned that he expects the wardrobe slots to soon be placed by modder outfits, so I think it's just a matter of time.
I haven't checked them out yet, but the few that I've seen are... well, still nude colored, for starters. Did they not get what we didn't like about the pajamas?? /facepalm
TBH, I'll bet it's a question of designing each outfit to work for both genders. coughcough.

Yeah, the good thing about multiple slots is that many of the outfits can be recolored/retextured into something better, and all can be used at the same time. So as new retextures come out, we can have multiple pretty outfits to switch around in-game, without having to rebuild the whole mod patch every time you want to change clothes.
