Secondly, does anyone know how many hours of VO Greg has recorded? If he's doing 4 hours tomorrow, I wonder what that brings the total to? 4 hours worth of Cullen?! Yes, please! Oh God, what I would give to be in the room when he's recording! I wonder what he's going to sayyy!

First off, very much agreed. Great surprise to come home to see after a whole weekend of working 

 

I think he said he's done five four hour sessions? Or the one tomorrow will kick it up to five, I'm not sure but I do know for sure he stated how many he's done so far. There's a David Gaider quote from Tumblr where he talked about VO sessions, and how many lines that they record usually in those four hours, but it varies based on re-recordings and such. Give me a minute and I should be able to dig them up.

So yea, this will be his sixth session w/ Bioware, and according to DG's post there can be anywhere from 200-400 lines recorded in each 4 hour session. DG has gone on to clarify that this is by no means always the case, especially when it comes to more emotional scenes that take a few tries to nail down for the voice actor, so there's do definite number we can calculate on how much dialogue Cullen will have. That he's been going multiple times though seems like a really good sign. While we might not hear as much from his as a full fledged companion, it's pretty safe to assume that we will still get a fair amount of dialogue with our guy

I understand! My Skyrim romance is also epic love. The brave Orc warrior Oona gra-Mootka and Omluag her loyal Breton love - but 95% of their story is in my head.  Bethesda really didn't give us a whole lot to work with in that department. The fact that our Skyrim romances are fantastic says more about us than about the game. 

 

Pretty much this... although I'd be very interested to have one of the LI's be the one ardently pursuing the Inquisitor for a change. 

 

I'd really like to have the LI do at least some of the pursuing.

 

I've said this before, but one of my favorite things about the Alistair romance was that there was some give and take. The first time my Warden suggested they sleep together, Alistair oh-so-politely shot her down in flames. She was still attracted to him but she was determined that if he wanted her, he was going to have to do some of the work and take some of the risk of rejection, so the ball was in his court. And he did! And it was lovely.

 

I hope the DAI romances have some of the same thing, that the LI is doing the pursuing as well as being pursued.

When you play on nightmare, and don't have any items on your companions that prevent being stunned, Meredith stuns everybody, and then says something about how much she hates you all, and then starts stabbing random people, lifting them off the ground Darth Vader style, and mocking them. I think when she does that to Cullen (he's tanking, so he gets stabbed in the gut a lot), 'Why would you defend these mages? Blah-blah-blah.'

 

Ouch! That gets me right in the feelings! No one is allowed to harm Cullen! *goes into protective Inquisitor mode in advance*

I don't think we ever had a formal set time. I would check in whenever you can.

im pretty sure there are gonna be a million quotes of what Greg said if he says anything funny or important so you wont miss it

I'm sure someone will; if no one does, then I'll do it, but it'll probably over for hours before I'm able to FYI For a Twitter party, you don't have to actually be there, b/c he's probably just going to be answering and RT'ing the questions we all asked him for the past few days. Of course I'm sure if anyone tweets him live questions he'll answer those maybe.
