It /was/ worth it, far more sweet than I had expected based on what I knew of it "lol on a desk" and now I have a save point right there *ahem* (I create save points right before romance cut scenes for all characters, don't judge me XD)

 

But this also means the romance will be quiet till end game now, right? 

You do have a little more romance content, just not the same kind.

 

I try to have save points before anything major or particularly interesting that I might want to replay (for science, of course .) All romance scenes for all romances I'm playing. Since I have multiple PTs and they have limits on saves, I try to keep copies of most of them in folders under their names so I can drop them back in anytime I want to replay a scene for some reason. Though that's actually one of my biggest gripes with the game - the game came out in 2014 but had no way to name saves and didn't even name them by the IQ, lumped all saves in a single file, and limited the number of saves. I haven't seen a game with the first two limits in more than a decade. I kind of understand the last one because they're backing up stuff on a cloud, but d**n. I feel like it's 1994 and I'm having to make notes on everything on sheets of paper next to the computer...

There's a scene just after arbor wilds which has always blown me away, but as Tishina says, it's very different in tone. In some ways I like it more than the desk if it tells you anything.

I've stopped that because the 50 save limit. I now dvr everything . Though it takes a few tries sometimes.

Do you know if X one has the save limit too? If so I must be right about to hit it :/ going through and culling saves is not something I'm looking forward too...but atleast ill get to watch all that content again I suppose....

Actually I managed a little drabble about Cullen's birthday. It's sappy and weepy and complete fluff. But it is something.

Yeah, I doubt Cullen will be back for DA4.

Or if The Inquisitor makes an appearance could be mentioned in conversation. Like Hawke did with whomever your character choose to romance.

 

I felt as though Cullen's story was completed with Trespasser. But if he does show up because the story requires him then so be it.

 

As of right now I am satisfied with my Quizzy and Cullen getting married and living their life of happiness.

I dunno. I don't expect they'd be talking to voice cast yet when the game itself isn't even officiall greenlit. Even David Gareth-Lloyd voiced optimism but not certainty about being in DA4. Nevertheless, I also agree with everyone that Cullen is unlikely to have a large role in any event. I imagine if he does come back, he'll find out eleventh hour like Stephen Valentine did about Alistair. Remember back when the fans were shaking in their boots at the notion of no Alistair cameo? Plus... dear Jonny has never been fully abreast of the Dragon Age happenings. He's a bit like Cullen that way. Bless his soul.

Haha, yeah, it's been a while since I've posted on a forum so it's easy to forget that tone of voice is completely lost: I should clarify that by "I was disappointed" I don't mean I actually thought there was any way on Earth that would ever have happened.

As for other posts above, I'm sure you all have had this discussion fifty billion times since Trespasser, but to add my two cents: it seems very likely that the Inquisitor will be back in some capacity, and I don't think they'd have bothered to add that bit in one of the disbanded, non-romanced epilogues about how his sword would always be ready to aid his old friends or whatever it was if there was no chance of Cullen being there with her. I wouldn't be surprised at all at an Alistair-like role (nothing larger because of the worst-case outcome, but still).

Indy is probably the only one I haven't actually written about in some form, but he gets the honor because he pretty much formed my taste in men. Snarky as hell

Bruce hasn't been written about as Batman, but I borrowed some things from Christian Bale's performance in Batman Begins and Dark Knight for an original work... plus I needed a look.
