Barring that nothing else happens *quickly knocks on wood* I should finally have a few cruddy screen shots up. I really need a find a new way to do this since I'm sure there is a much easier way than snapping a shot with my console then resnapping it with my tablet then loading it up from there onto imgur. I just hope my battery lasts to load the darn things up only got three so with my poor connection it's really dragging it's dang heels. I probably stressed myself out mildly too much over these silly little things. I blame everyone in this thread for being so nice and making that 'wanting to do something for Valentines Day' all contagious like.

Finally got them. Don't care if they're a little blurry and kind of low quality. I'm just glad I finally got them up at all.

What do you play on? I play on the PS4 and I take the screenshot with the console then upload it to Facebook, then save it from there to my computer and upload elsewhere.

I'm playing on the xbone, I heard there was a way to upload pictures from it if you had gold but it didn't seem to work for me when I still had gold.

I had the same problem! I got gold specifically to be able to upload pictures, but it didn't work.

Something I've noticed:

During the lyrium confession scene, if you are a female inquisitor (even if you don't romance him) and answer '' why didn't you tell me sooner?! '' Cullen says he is sorry and that he should've told the inquisitor. But if you are a male inquisitor and answer with the same option, Cullen throws back at you with '' has it mattered? ''

This is a bit lame to me. I don't see why this change on dialogue was implemented. Like, I know us dudes can't romance him, that's fine, I'm 100% fine with that, but couldn't we at least get the same cute Cullen that females get :l Like, I know I'm GRASPING AT STRAWS here and it's just few different words but it does make a difference on how the relationship between Cullen and the inquisitor is perceived.

Female inquisitors get to make Dorian their best friend and even flirt with him, why can't male inquisitors make Cullen their best friend?! A few more teasing flirty options wouldn't have hurt either, even if Cullen turns you down for being a man in the first conversation.

Wow, Valentine's Day came and went like a tidal wave. Several new pages on Valentine's weekend, then silence.

Mine's still not done. I work and go to school full time on weekdays, then spent the weekend with my beau ( <3 !), so I wound up not having nearly as much time as I thought I would before or after. Since everyone's pretty much packed up and left (and the magic of the weekend's over anyway), should I just skip it?

Naw, you should still post it. Folks are around, but it comes in dribs and drabs these days. Which honestly is better than when it was several pages per day. It's far easier to keep up with now.

Oh, thanks for telling us. I had NO idea they would make it different in that way. Esp since I don't recall there being a difference for my unromanced female IQ, altho now I'll have to go back and check. It does suggest that Cullen keeps up his guard more around an unromanced (or is it just male?) IQ.

I do view him as generally guarded, esp since he's so worried about his lyrium issues affecting his job performance, but I thought their friendship/relationship is starting to warm at that point. I mostly just recall that even with my Solasmancer, at least during the scene where he almost takes the lyrium again, I was convinced he was in love with me even so and I used my special relationship with him to remind him that he can get through it all.

So that's a bummer that he wouldn't warm up to a male IQ, too. Then again, snort, are we seeing BW writers' traditional gender roles stealthing in again? Does Cullen not want to seem weaker in front of a male IQ, but he's more OK with it in front of a female one? Or is it strictly just a romance/non-romance thing. Anyone know?? I lost my cheat sheet with my all my saves written down during the move this summer :(

It's the "Has it mattered?" to a qunari lady and a human lady in a semi lock with Blackwall. So it's just a romance thing. Letting your guard down infront of your sweetheart and all that.

I did flirt with him ONCE in Haven, though it was just the if Templars hold out from sex/marriage thing. I WAS CURIOUS, my inky is romancing Sera not Cullen! So if picking just one flirt option with him will suddenly make him let his guard down on ya, that's a bit weird. Why wouldn't he do that with the male inq then >:(

Oh, I see. I guess I'm just used to following the Solas thread, which always moves very briskly.

Agreed. I only play female Inquisitors and only romanced Cullen in one playthrough. He responds "Has it mattered?!" for all but the one where I romanced him.

It's not a gender thing (although, if it was I would defend the devs' choice because I've seen firsthand as a bartender that men tend to respond to impassioned/aggressive behaviors from other men differently than they tend to do from women), it really is just a romance thing.

Good to know then. And seems that picking even ONE flirt option will trigger this conversation even if you won't pursue a romance with him.

I've gotten "Has it mattered" in a f!dwarf PT, so I agree that there must be a romance flag for that line.

This isn't really about Cullen either but still...

Has anyone heard from MelissaGT? I haven't heard from her in about a month or so and for some reason I find myself I little worried. I'm sure it's nothing but still.

I at last I have a new gaming rig that can run DA:I and The Witcher 3 :D The PC version of DA:I blows the 360 version out of the water. And so far no overly long load times, thank the Maker ;)

Agree with the others that the first one is very tender. And it looks very natural that the person lying prone would do that.

Um, her tumblr has been active as of five days ago (when she was also headed out of town). Have you contacted her there?

Seems like both here & in tumblr everyone prefers the 1st one (including me XD). Okiiii thanks. I'm still fiddling with it up to now, I love these two too much that it feels like not giving my best shot isn't an option

Although R2s I don't get what you mean by "And it looks very natural that the person lying prone would do that." ...? If you are saying that it's hard for the one laying down to do that with the left hand, I tried doing the pose yesterday when someone in tumblr pointed that out. It's quite comfortable if you have the pillow (esp if it's quite an elevated one) but hard to do when there's no pillow because the weight of the head is supported by the shoulder and it limit the range of movement the left shoulder can do.

In this case it's not ideal because normally it's the free hand at the right who'll move easier but using that hand will break the flow of the picture from that angle. Basically it'll always be a compromy between what's realistic and making it looks pretty :crying:

My point was that if it were me lying there, I'd rather have used the left hand because I didn't have to raise it as far than if it were the right hand. Meaning, I think pose 1 looks more natural than pose 3. But that's also my shoulder phobia speaking, because one of mine tends to dislocate when it's at a mechanical disadvantage (TMI, I know). So my first response was that pose 1 would also be easier for me, personally, than pose 3.

Good point about having to raise the shoulder :)

Thanks R2s
