Soooo, OK, following tish's and MMG's lead, I took a stab at the Player vs. Character meme. With a pseudo selfie. ![]()

Also, I feel the same way as my canon Cousland Warden. It was a roleplaying experience that satisfy me in way no other playthroughs in DAO did, truthfully no playthroughs in the two current Bioware's IP.

Thanks!
For me... it's more that, I lost interest in any subsequent attempt, because I kept making the same choices. :/ So with Maren C., I was satisfied, as it didn't have as much replay value for me as DA2 did. I still have one or two more Hawkes I didn't include.
I guess I'm weird that way! LOL

I don't have many PCs nor pics enough of my PCs to post! Even if I include non-Bioware games. Assassin's Creed is a set character. Thief is a set character. Jade Empire is a choice of pre-existing set characters. I have quite a few Little Big Planet avatars... Phooey! I need to screen cap more.

I don't think it's weird, it's normal that some people find playing one game multiple times easier then the other, and some the opposite ![]()

I wasn't sure I would either... until I went into my DA2 folder.
But I certainly don't from other games, either. Lara Croft is set. I never got into my SWTOR character. I had to quit ME because it made me queasy (same with Skyrim). GuildWars2 was never really... me. Don't think I have any screenshots either. Gah, I LOVED my DDO characters, but alas, no pics.
Now I feel like I need to start an archive! ![]()

I just didn't take screenies or lost the ones I took (bad harddrive crash about 3 years ago, I think.) I never took any of my WoW characters, but was never into any of them that much as characters. I loved some of my SWtOR characters, though, and wish I had screenshots of them. And my Suranas who flirted with young Cullen ![]()

That's pretty much my problem too. And the few shots I know I took are all on Jarvis who is currently barely alive on the new rig we named Vision. Until new drives are installed and ghosted with Jarvis's files, I have no means of accessing any of my game shots. =/ I could try to make new ones, I suppose.... but that's an effort and I'm currently playing only 2 quizzies and a Hawke.

Cinematic tools are fun! But kind of freaks me out when I zoom out too much haha...kind of see the man behind the curtain there and it's like "oh..." also it's a little terrifying going under the ground lol. I have barred myself from doing that and am sticking to the sort of thing you were taking pics of to not freak myself out lol. Unless you end up peeking inside their heads. That's no good either LOL
Ps. Your inquisitor is BEAUTIFUL

! Yeah, I just started using Cinematic Tools so for now I'm sticking to cutscenes. Even this scene was difficult to capture because 90% of the time when they were kissing it looked like Cullen was strangling my Lavellan XD

Heh, more inspiration. My darling jerhopp's initial concept drawing of the opening scene of Fool's Errand, setting up some deja vu for the ending to come full circle.

Chapter Summary: Cullen and Hawke and friends race against time to salvage what’s left of the peace talks.

I... literally... forgot... I had that scar
Mine is on my chin actually. I simply got it from falling at school, my chin smacking into the concrete. Somehow though I think his must have been worse? A sword or dagger slicing across his face like that *shudder* ... I promise I don't think this when I see actual people with scars; it's just somehow the close up of it gave me a super shot of painful empathy ![]()

When I was about 10, a boy I knew suffered a hideous wound to his upper lip that left the same kind of scar Cullen has. He fell on new rail tracks and the edge had a burr... I would say a blade injury is all too plausible for what happened to Cullen. And he'd have might not had access to healing magic at the time so it scarred.
Whenever I see a good shot of Cullen's lip, I have to work hard not to let the memory of that boy surface because it was an awful scene, awful night and the aftermath was gruesome that first week. *shudders* I can totally relate to where Artemis is coming from.
Most of the time I'm cool but sometimes my brain goes there if I let it.
