Fear is a big one. I think that some of the younger recruits who wanted to go to Meredith were scared of Alrik and other upper level templars that were involved.
Hmm,haven't seen that one either to be honest...I'm not surprised that Alrik wanted to keep things quiet,now I'm even more convinced that him and the other abusive extremists, were working and scheming secretly.

Yeah, it came up in of the mage/templar threads a few months ago. Everybody was debating Meredith's involvement, and then someone dropped this little bombshell, which out of about 20 posters in that thread, nobody had ever heard this codex entry before.
Just make sure you kill the Templar Lieutenant first then there should be no problem.
It's on the Templar commander. Focus everyone on him so you can take him down quick first, and you'll be able to loot his dead arse before the cutscene.

I am having a sick day, and I was gonna ask what we were talking about but I don't think I will now.
I don't think Cullen from Origins or Da2 would let the raping of innocents go. I can only assume he didn't know about it or had too much misplaced faith in his superiors that he wrote off any rumors as absurd. He may have even privately checked into it and found nothing. (Through cover-up, fear, or bribery)

I still think back to the leaked picture and how similar the two outfits are... just one is lacking the templar insignia right between the legs (which is...odd placement). Makes me think they left it off on purpose, and that purpose is to drive us CRAZY.
Are we 100% sure that this is Cullen? His hair seems very different. If so, I'm game. Always liked Cullen and never understood the hate he gets.

He's got the outfit he had in the leaked survey, and we assume since he's an LI he must be important enough to be in the 12 important characters shown in that scene. And some of us are still hoping the noodle-hair might come back eventually. 
I'm still a little salty about how it appears we won't have an actual, proper Templar companion. Man, I would have taken chatty door Templar from Origins just to have a moderate Templar companion!

to be clear, the moment she invokes the Right is just after the Chantry explosion and Cullen is not there. It's unclear where he is, city or Gallows. His doppelgänger is at the Gallows when Hawke arrives and then he also arrives a moment later with Meredith.True,although I was referring to act 3,the moment where Meredith invokes the right of annulment both Cullen and Carver could stand up to her immediately yet they don't until the very end,which I think is probably for gameplay reasons,and also in order to prevent the game from ending abruptly.
