I'll give my Inky a short haircut. Because in real life my hair is always my first sacrifice when my job starts to demand more time. Short hair is ready in 15 minutes. Long hair takes me minimum an hour to wash, dry and style into something decent-looking. So if she goes to war - she'll cut her hair. Otherwise it will be like:

Cullen: Meet me tonight at the haymow.

Inky: I'm sorry, I can't. I'm washing my hair tonight! 

Cassandra: We need to take that village, it's an important strategic point.

Inky: You will have to go without me, I'm washing my hair tonight.

I love my super short hair too. Always had long hair when I was younger (thick, curly red hair = attention hog PITA).  And I am very feminine, even with my boyish haircut. Can also lift heavier than most men I know and I run marathons. In cute oufits and hairbands with butterflies on them.

 

Anywho, I just want something that isn't a Dorothy Hamill helmet head.

Yes, I was a little surprised when I noticed his absence in my first playthrough.
Although what I meant was that If the battle with Meredith began immediately after she invoked the right of annulment then the game would end abruptly both plot and gameplay-wise,as it would limit the playable content,that's for me the main reason why Cullen and Carver don't oppose her immediately.

My own headcanon is that he doesn't know right away. And by the time he does, it still takes a few more 'straws' for him. He is in the Gallows courtyard when Mer tells the mages to prepare. And he says nothing.

Which would make it far harder to say, flat up murder Caridin and then lie to Shale about it, while hoping that the rest of your party keep scthum.

 

I'd support this, since we'd no longer get around the rivalry mechanics by refusing to take people with us on certain quests. Be a bit more realistic, which is what they've been saying they want to go for.

Yeah, I know. I love it, yet I'm intimidated by it, too...and yet again, I kinda like that feeling, too.

 

I do wonder, tho, if I go serious pro mage is Cullen gonna leave? Alternatively, if I support Orlais over the Dalish will Solas or Sera leave? Or even support Templars over mages. Will it be too much for my companions?

 

Is that the reason we have so many companiions? Cuz we might lose sum depending on our actions/decisions?

I know why they do this, but I really have trouble accepting it. There is absolutely no reason to assume that followers who remain in camp know everything the protagonist does. It's laziness.

I felt more like they were trying to close off an easy out that players would use. Actually, I have a hard time believing the companions would not know. That it would not come up while they're playing cards, or whatever.

 

It makes it more tricky for me. I tell ya that

That's what I'm wondering as well, which would be something we've not seen before. Alternatively, what if some of them might potentially die, so we've got so many because they might be getting whittled down depending on our actions?

LOL! That's me! My hair has gotten so long and thick, going out anywhere is a chore!

 

My hair's actually pretty short (you can see in my Twitter pic) but it's super thin and very fine, so if I don't fix it it lies flat against my head I hate my hair so much. Fortunately I intend to bleach it very soon and color it, which should add some much needed volume. And maybe I could get away with walking out of the house without having to wash and dry and fix my hair for an hour.
