I think it was my first PT where Fenris trotted up to me and was like, "imma take you down." I was like...whaaa.....? Then I let him hit me w/that big azz sword I bought for him. With those kick azz skills I specced for him until I couldn't anymore...and had to let loose on him.

 

But I was shocked that there was no quick lil cutscene to pay my respects, or something! I was running around the gallows part looking for his body. Lol! I was like where did I kill him at? Cuz I thought I had to find his body to trigger the cutscene.

 

I never found the body...

 

That's... about the saddest thing I've ever read! lol (and I'm laughing for some reason )

 

This is what I hear. lol! I've never taken the option, but it sure made me tense the first time showed up on the dialogue wheel.   And I'm pretty sure Anders was actually with me!

 

I've watched it on YT; Hawke comes across as a bit of a dick, and Anders is just standing there the whole time LOL I think Anders actually says something akin to "I'm standing right here, you know."

Hmm you may be right. I'm not sure where I am with Merrill right now. Well, this is an aggressive Hawke, but he's not always aggressive during personal conversations. He may have been with Anders though... he doesn't like Anders much. So actually full rivalry with Anders might actually happen.

Darn, shoud've resisted Fenris (impossible) and tried the Anders rivalmance for once!

I'd say that it's quite reasonable that he might choose to kill himself: he lost a years-old battle to control his body (he doesn't have it by a long Shot in rivarly), and he just helped the massacre of hundreds of mages.
On Merrill, it doesn't actually matter where you are: if you have more friendship than rivarly the points get reversed if you don't give her the item to fix the mirror in Act 2.

I'm sure he wasn't too pleased when he heard who was responsible. But then again - Bigger things to worry about now. lol I don't see him clinging on to it for long. Though I'm sure he'll mention it in DA:I.

Since fortune favors the prepared I thought I'd create a album/CD cover just in case Greg Ellis tweets at the next cullenite party that he'll be releasing an album of love songs sung as Cullen.

You could technically get away with just saying pants too since it's been used by a couple characters in game.

I actually like the idea of Anders busting out of jail in time to blow the Chantry sky high. Would have been incredibly dramatic.

He's got the outfit he had in the leaked survey, and we assume since he's an LI he must be important enough to be in the 12 important characters shown in that scene. And some of us are still hoping the noodle-hair might come back eventually.

That's where I kind of am...? Nothing is more fun than playing an archer rogue for me, and I mean, an elf!! How can I play an elf and not be an archer first. But if it seems like being a mage will be reeeeally important, how can I resist not doing THAT first?

 

Mage or rogue, that is the question, isn't it?  I'm a natural rogue.  The skill set is made for my personal taste in game play.  However there are situations that just seem to scream, "Be a mage!"  This is one of them.  If it's possible for Cullen to be attracted to a mage, I absolutely MUST experience it.  So, like you, I think it's going to be something I have to do first. Idk, but that's my thinking now.

I've always wondered if Anders even could be made Tranquil. I mean, if all a spirit has to do is touch a Tranquil to reverse it, well, what happens when one's just living in your head when it happens?

 

That'd be something to see: a furious, vengeful Anders with the mark of the Tranquil burned into his forehead marching to Lowtown to blow up the Chantry.

“You prayed?” I interrupted.

 

He smiled. “Yes. Do the Dalish not pray?”

 

“We do. Many times, before a hunt.”

 

His lips pressed together a little more, a faint dimple forming in one cheek.

 

“And did you pray tonight?” he asked, his voice a bit husky.

 

I swallowed—my mouth had gone suddenly dry.

Unable to resist, I pressed up, rubbing gently against him, causing us both to moan against one another’s lips.

 

“Andraste teaches us to be patient,” he murmured. The unexpected playfulness in his voice made me laugh.

He looked briefly embarrassed, which wasn’t quite the response I was aiming for, but it amused me nonetheless.

 

“You wanted a religious lesson,” he said, his hand now sliding down to the front of my trousers. “I’m giving it to you.”

 

I'm not happy about "trousers"; if anyone has a better word, let me know. "Pants" seemed too modern.

That is really intriguing.  I can't wait to read more!  And from the research I've done, I think "trousers" is def the right term.  It's what I used anyway...maybe not as effectively as you have, but .....

She would want to, but it depends on the time frame. If Anders was locked up for a few weeks, then yes. But if they just captured him...for a day, or at least tried to get him, and he escaped from it all, then they would not have the chance to brand him yet.

I took A to mean a change over the ways of old (Templar Order getting things wrong, stuff like that). So I'd go for A because it (to me) sounded like a chance to start again and do things properly this time.

That was my take on it too. I'd rather do it with minimal chaos, but I doubt that's an option either way.
