So I wrote a fic I was intending to be for the Page 1000 celebration, but it somehow turned out to be... um... not exactly happy, so I don't think it would really work all that well for a party. I think I'm going to just go ahead and post it rather than using it for the celebration. I'm struggling with a title, though - I'll think about that while I'm at the gym and maybe post it when I get back if I come up with something.

My experience trying to read smut on the internet is pretty much, like, everything will be going fine and then the writer will use the verb "chuckle". No one ever seems to laugh in these things, they always chuckle, and for whatever reason that's a gigantic mood breaker for me. My mental image is like:

LOL In my hallway the salary differences are by 1000 dollars here and there. You find out someone makes 1000 dollars more than you and you're like, I WILL MURDER HIM/HER (because s/he can afford, you know, cable). It's so sad.

Lol! I was so mad that professors of different subjects get paid differently. I was thinking about going into history and getting a doctorates so I could be a professor. Then my uncle sat me down and said "I teach chemistry and your aunt teachers statistics and this is what we make separately. Here's what a history professor makes." I wanted to cry for a week lol!

Oh I know this conversation was back a little ways but you know how I picked between PS4/ Xbox one?
It was shamefully practical but I chose the one that had more platform exclusives that I would want to play. So basically the games that will release for the PS4 (that I Can't get on the Xbox) are what drew me to the ps4. If you look at the games the xbox one will release that the ps4 can't get and you're more interested in those- go buy that system lol!

Seriously? I had no idea! Injustice! I understand that some jobs have a flooded market where people are trying to get hired but there aren't enough jobs (I picked a bad one for that) but it still hurts lol.
So I'm really excited about what they plan on releasing for the companions. Videos would be so awesome but if it isn't that I'm sure they have something cool up biowares collective sleeve lol.
