"Does CARNTE anagram to anything to you?" asks husband.
Edit: OK, apparently this is about one of the eggs... he must be getting bored in the panel or something, poor guy. ![]()

A part of me wants to see the age old joke where someone steps on a soft spot of snow and just sinks. Then another part is just "Dirge, no."
If none make a Lord of the Rings elves joke, I shall be displeased!
Would make sense if they're revealing it now. It'll probably be early game content.
Well, that massive veil rip was on some mountains, right? And that was situated near some sort of castle/fort (in the concept art) so maybe that's why the Red Templars are up there?
@ladyinsanity: Character from the Masked Empire will be in the Highlands area. Apparently, it makes sense that they're there. #BiowareBase
Briala perhaps?
Oh! More reason for me to catch up on my reading!
Though, at the same time, it could also be good not to have read the books until after. That way we're judging the character in the moment, from a first meeting, rather than from all this info our Inquisitor wouldn't personally know.
Hmm...

@ladyinsanity: Enemy: The Behemoth. Affects the landscape around it. #BiowareBase
What exactly is a Behemoth, does it have anything to do with the red templars?
@ladyinsanity: "You can shape and /share/ your world" in Dragon Age: Keep - Leah Shinkewski
Hey, look, it's that online component we've been worried about! I wonder what this means about the customization we'll have for our Keeps.

Remember the big red lyrium monster they fought in the PAX demo? That.
Hmm I see and it would seem that it affects the environment around it as well...Interesting!
Not to buzz-kill or anything, but, perhaps, non-Cullenish PAX-related stuff should be posted elsewhere? [CONCERNED CITIZEN]

Naw, it's fine.
*Edit* Actually, I dunno. Hm...
Oh yeah. Sorry, force of habit.
Naw, it's alright. We just gotta get used to the new environment! ![]()
Alright, so, to steer this ship a bit...
Quite a few of us have felt that Cullen might be found up in snowy mountains. It kinda sounds more likely now that we know there are Red Templars up there. Now, if Cullen is there, here's the question: is he fighting the Red Templars, prisoner of the Red Templars, or part of the Red Templars?
Well to bring it back to Cullen, I wonder if this is where we recruit him?
Hee!
If we don't get him at the start, then this is where I think he'll show up. I don't know what he's doing there, though. Prisoner would be deliciously angsty, while fighting them would make for a great (re)introduction for people.

I don't think he can be part of the Red Templars if he's an LI and possible-maybe-companion. Not unless they're less addled than we've been lead to believe? For that same reason I doubt they're a 'take prisoners' group. So I imagine he's likely fighting them if he's there.

I don't think he'll be part of red templars since he reacted negatively to Meredith? I think maybe fighting red templars or investigating them would be most likely.. well prisoner would fit to that as well, like getting caught while spying ^^;

To be honest I hope he's fighting them!Although the second theory would be rather intriguing considering all the things we know about him so far...
If he's a prisoner, maybe he can give a good insight on the Red Templars sooner rather than after we defeat him and decide to spare him, (if we do).
Hm...

I think the problem with Cullen starting out as a prisoner is that it makes Cullen appear weak, and already so many people dislike Cullen. If he's fighting, he's noble, and if he's fighting against the Red Templars, perhaps for mages, then that instantly makes him more likeable. It's all about manipulating people, really. ![]()
