Well, I definitely know I'm gonna be heading for that Dragon in the Coliseum for sure.
After seeing those leaked images from the upcoming IGN article I want to run around in that entire area and coo at all the pretties! ![]()

Maybe he's just too judgemental towards culture's that are new to him. Many people are like this. I doubt there is any bigger revulsion behind his words, I think he just sees them as different, unliked and potentially dangerous without thinking farther. I hope my qunari quizzy will make his mind change
Yeah but also keep in mind that he's older and wiser at this point! He may have rethought those youthful prejudices.
A good excuse to maybe go to...Nevarra? Kirkwall?
I really want to revisit Kirkwall. Presumably we won't be though.

Ooh this game catches me off guard every time I see photos. Calling it now, I'm just going to stop every five feet and exclaim how pretty it is to the nearest person.
I love how DAI is shaping up, but I do have one concern. So, the devs said we can continue playing after the main story ends, right? Well, you could do that with Skyrim too and tbh doing just the main story in Skyrim on it's own was dull, short and paper thin... I'm kinda worried that DAI's main story will be short and/or feel paper thin too.
I think you're just finding things to worry about so your expectations don't get too high.
(love you, Lola!!)

I think you're right. I just really want DAI to blow me away as much a DA:O did when I first discovered it.

If we can get areas that are as expansive and breathtaking as the Urn of Sacred Ashes quest as well as the Deep Roads, I will be so damn happy. Those two areas are what sold the game to me. It truly made me feel like I was on an epic adventure.

This is what I mean by "sheltered."

One can hope... On the other hand, it would be kind of an interesting thing to educate him about, in the sense that he may still not be a very worldly person. So knowledgeable in some ways, but in others, not so much. I kinda like that notion, that you could get the option to take him down a notch if he gets uppity. Plus, erm, expanding his horizons just sounds like a fun thing to do. ![]()
Sometimes I look at DAI screenshots and think, can my monstrous PC handle all that beauty? ![]()
And where can I get ENB to fix the shadows.

I just know I'll end up with a folder full of screenshots before I'm even halfway through the game.

So beautiful
It's supposed to be a scene of horror and loss, but it's so lovely. I can imagine my Dalish quizzy living there or visiting there to pay his respects.

It's scary to think that we'll start out DAI in that very area, only to witness everything go to wreck and ruin when the Fade rips open and we (somehow) get sucked in.
LOL Ironically, this is why it's fallen out of favor with me. I don't want more anguish and drama for him. I want normalcy. Like, he's a good boy commoner who supports his family with his meager salary and goes home to help on the farm during furloughs.
And also has a sister/brother and a bunch of nephews and nieces with curly hair who adore him.
Yeah,I wouldn't mind that sort of background either, but I always like it better when a character has an obscure tragic background and the tragic irony in this theory, is just too much! If we get something similar to the apostate theory,I wonder how such revelation would shape his views.
Man... these camps are just looking SO awesome. Can't wait!

Eeesh, tell me about it! I'm in the process of prepping my PC for it. I'll definitely need to get more ram and a better graphics card before the game ships!

In other hand I wonder how much that beaty will be reduced for PS3 ^^;

Oh yeah, that would be fun, too! Although might not work well with my first inquisitor, who will just be a walking bucket load of prejudice lol

Yeah, it certainly brings us full circle.

These are awesome!
Is that a statue of a wolf in the first image?Fen'Harel perhaps?

For those of you who played DAO on console, was that screenshot-at-key-points mechanic PC-only? It makes sense that it would be, but since I'm switching to console for DAI I'm holding out hope that the odd obsession games lately seem to have with social media / the Cloud will give me a chance to send myself some desktops via the Keep or something...
EDIT: For Top of the Page, I believe this is by f***yeahvarric.tumblr.com ? Taking this excuse to post it so someone can tell me if that's the original source, since I've had it unlabeled on my computer forever. Spoiler tag for size and language.
Yeah, it certainly brings us full circle.
Ever since that survey leak revealed that tragedy would strike at the peace gathering I always imagined it would be in the heart of Orlais, outside the Grand Cathedral or something. So to hear that it'll be held up where the Sacred Ashes are is quite the dramatic scene change from the one I had in my head! It totally makes more sense though, and it'll be LOADS more dramatic to see the veil breach happen up there!

I know! And it fits perfectly, given what the mountain is filled with. It also means that our adversary somehow knows already about the lyrium in the mountain, which is very scary. The Big Bad is definitely not a minor-league player.

I'm waiting for the system requirements. All I know for now is that at least I don't need to change the OS ![]()
I really like Cassandra's sword in the last trailer, how it reflects the sky, and everything. Finally a sword that doesn't look like it's made of plastic.
I really love swords, okay.
