Well there was the odd interesting tweet about the Red Templars, but that's it.

Also, I noticed when rereading the info about Cullen being an LI, they said Cullen will be an LI. Not Knight Captain or Templar Cullen...do we think this may be a hint or clue as to what his role in game will be??

It honestly would do my heart and mind good to know that our characters will wander freely around our keep and have banter amongst themselves while I'm in earshot to hear it.  I think I'd be pretty close to completely satisfied regardless of everyone's follower status in that case.

I don't know. I don't think it was a hint about anything, although, if it was, that might be more evidence he's an NPC as opposed to a companion.

Mortifying because once they talked about spiders I almost started crying in front of dozens of people

Also I was live blogging it but I'm on mobile so it's haaaaard. I already ordered an HD cam for when we go to Prime this summer, that way this will be avoidable.

Or those are mostly his civvies, and this was a very impromptu meeting. 

 

But the fact that Cullen isn't in his Templar armor is something to ponder. Really, if he becomes an advisor NPC, the I'd expect him to not be in the Templars anymore. However, he could have founded a separate segment of Templars and didn't want to use his old armor.

 

The second thing is less likely, I think, because Cullen has been shown to have strong faith.

I'm not sure that really tells us anything? Cassandra doesn't have anything to say she's a Seeker in that shot, either. In fact her and Maybe-probably-Cullen's outfits look kind of simple. Maybe that's their downtime clothesr? Wearing lots of armour all the time has gotta give you some muscle cramps.

That would be really sad for me, if Cullen turned into another Evangeline. I like the templar Cullen. I hope there will be some loyalist templars to the Divine and that Cullen could be found there lol.
