I'd like to chip in too, if I can figure out how.

 

I love how optimistic everyone's Warden/Hawke theories and hopes are!  It also breaks my heart because I can't bring myself to be that optimistic.  I keep imagining that we're going to find them dead in a ditch somewhere.  Or something at least as bad, like in Until We Sleep.  I don't know if I could take it, and yet I want to see Cullen react to whatever happens to Amell.  It would be nice to see a happy outcome though!

 

Regarding what Cullen knew or didn't know in DA2, I wouldn't mind a little bit of handwaving, as long as his "obliviousness" doesn't carry over.  I don't want his character in DAI to suffer just because DA2 was incomplete.  I'd like to see things explained though, and I love the idea of him forming his own group of templars loyal to the Divine.

 

Do we know for certain that the Wardens have been corrupted, or is that speculation based on fighting them in the trailer?  Is it possible that that particular Inquisitor had some other reason to fight them, whereas another might get along with them just fine?

 

I wonder if the Grey Warden stuff has anything to do with the Architect and the decision made in Awakening.

Maybe both the Warden and Hawke die in the initial veil tear? I heard that theory thrown about a while back. What a way to have them there and then to guarantee that they never have to deal with adding them in again in some way

Not that this is a theory I want to happen however.
