Both, physical and digital items. If you want the digital items, just stick with the Digital Deluxe version.

Nooo I was hoping that there wasn't a PC version (although that would just be silly) the temptation is there! But the Sims 4 is going to be out this year...I need the money for that too

Just ordered this on GameStop. I am now getting the DAI PC Digital Deluxe Edition, so I can play right away while in Japan, and having the DAI PS4 Inquisitor's Edition mailed to my house back in the US

This is the first time I've not gotten a next gen console so I'll be going with PC too. My laptop should be able to run it, have they listed the system requirements yet?
Not yet, I hope they will soon though. I need to know how buggered my computer is going to be.
With what we've seen so far my computer will probably explode the moment I walk through the door with the game.
that's very cool, but I don't have the moolah or the space for all the knicknacks so I'll just stick with my deluxe edition.
however, if it had included bookends and/or plushies I would have scraped the cash together somehow!
