So these different map markers seem related to something I've been wondering. What is the difference between the three "pillars" or "facets" of the Inquisition Cam has been talking about, run by Leliana and two other individuals, and the military, espionage, commerce upgrades for our keeps described at PAX last summer.
Cam says: "Military force" "secret facet with spies and assassins" and "political pillar"
"The Inquisition has three main pillars right, they have a military force lead by one particular character, you’ve got a secret facet with spies and assassins lead by Leliana from DAO and then you’ve got a political pillar, which is all about the politics, the backroom deals and the connections you have… not just through nobles but also through merchant houses and stuff like that. And the area you decide to invest in both in terms of how you decide to grow and customise your Inquisition but also the types of content you decide to engage in is all up to the player."

Last summer, it was military, espionage and commerce (a little different from political, altho Cam mentions merchants in the above) for the keep upgrades we can choose. In that demo, the commerce keep def has a bell, not keys on top, while the other two symbols seem the same, fist and owl.
Are they supposed to be the same? Once you upgrade a keep to be military... does Cullen hang out there? Does that mean you tap into the military pillar's specific talent tree?
Or could they be slightly different? Maybe the keep upgrades are just a part of the talent tree for each pillar. Maybe those three concept art people aren't placeholders, but are intended to be different than Cullen, Lel, and Scribbles?
