Ironically, that's my quote
As I said earlier, moderation is fine, and it's great to try and find that middle ground. I do think we should care about those fans... especially people who have been fans since the beginning... who find it difficult to keep up with this thread. That's why I love the chat room someone (Batteries?) created.
For example, a lot of people complained about the gifs in the thread and how it made the thread difficult to navigate on various devices. The rest of the thread responded by trying to keep gifs under spoilers. I think that's a shining example of how great this thread can be.
There are a lot of new people delurking, so the thread speed is expected. Can't do much about that. This thread does very well with being moderate which is what I like about it. The speed is to be expected, especially with big news and so many new faces.

yea I agree the gifs do make the page load slower but most ppl have been good about putting them in the spoiler tag, and I also agree that sometimes its hard to keep up with the thread, but so was the old one. I usually just scroll fast through the post until I find something interesting, that way I can somewhat catch up with the thread ![]()
I like the ideaYou know, we could always agree to be better about explaining what the content of a spoiler tag actually is. Sometimes I hit that stupid button because I have no clue what's hanging out behind it. Some of us are really good about saying "Asunder spoiler" or whatever, but it's not the norm.
So we get to game time and maybe encourage everyone to be a little more strategic! If you just met Cullen and have to fangirl, something like "OMGWTFCULLENMEETCUTE [spoiler]" Then my slow butt will know to not look yet, because my Quizzy is probably still lacing her boots, but you'll know it's cool because you did that four months ago.
It's okay, guys. We got this.
So much love behind the
How can i make a spoiler tag? i don`t find that option in the toolbar.

We really can't do much about thread speed, except to encourage tangents to be taken to the chat room if they go from being a few posts about "X" to an entire conversation about it (Which is cool, and easily happens-we get into some interesting stuff, aside from Ser Cullen.
).
I can't agree enough about labeling the spoiler tags-I pretty much have stopped peeking unless it's labeled somehow because I don't want to accidentally be spoiled about the odd thing or whatnot.
I think we'll be fine as everyone adjusts to Cullen getting a bit more positive attention than we're used to. ![]()

Hey guys! I've been keeping up with the thread but not much to say, so haven't been saying much. I'm impatiently awaiting E3 with mah twitch account and all that lol.
Working on my very first Cullen fiction (he is very hard for me to write!, and I don't know why). Ill have three whole days to work on it though because Mon thru Wed, I wont even have cell phone service, so what better time work on a fiction about someone I have so much trouble writing! ![]()
Looking forward to finishing it up (I have this outline and everything, just having issues with Cullen). Maybe it's because I want to do DA:I era, but I keep seeing Cullen in the beginning of Origins, if that makes sense? It's not very realistic to time warp the personality I suppose!
We're all happy now yes? D:
Have more Cullen then!
Speaking of E3, does anyone know what channel in the states it will be airing on?
I did not even know there would be television coverage of E3! I was using the links in the E3 topic on the scuttlebutt forum ![]()
since the topic name might be spoilerific -

It was last year; at least I remember watching "The Fires Above" on the big screen. Thanks for the link ![]()

Yeah I think it was Spike TV! I guess I'll just have to watch my DVR as June 9th approaches.
Can someone direct me to the spoiler-free Cullen group? ![]()
