Devs hasn't confirmed anyone, but Varric, Vivienne and Cassandra. Magazines, on the other hand...

Well, devs commented on Solas, tweeted about his food comparison. He's unofficially confirmed.
On Sera, I thought she was a companion since Gaider commented on a concept art with her, but she's not on the same spot of Solas.

And the Dales can still be related to Solas, I guess.

The IB's model, even if old, was shown a bit in the E3 trailer.
