For me it depends, yes if he's still on the dust and maybe is having some other stress related issues. No, if he feels his life has taken a turn for the better. I guess it just depends on the story.
It would be kind of neat to see if our decisions that we make would take a toll on our followers both physically and mentally.
But I'm liking the idea that Cullen seems to have scars. Shows that he's been actively doing things.

The names of all the companions we don't know the names for maybe (wishful thinking)
I would love that! It would be nice to finally been able to call them by their names
. Maybe they shows us better and more detailed screenchoots of the companions too.

I kind of want something in-between, like how we meet Aveline in DAII. It was a perfect introduction
And a bit of offtop: I was thinking, what's deal with blood of Andraste? I mean "sweet blood of Andraste" or "Andraste's blood". Does it mean Andrastians have some form of Holy Communion? Why do they swear by her blood?
Lol, ok how about this then (picture the scene):
The Inquisitor and co are fighting off some Red Templars, the battle is In our favour but suddenly they call out a behemoth. We continue to fight it (until a cutscene triggers) as it stomps the ground in fury causing the earth to shake and rocks/old statues to crumble and fall, the Inquisitor loses his/her footing stumbling to the ground as a piece of falling shrapnel barely misses him/her as he/she rolls out of the way, instead trapping his/her cape/clothing under it. The Inquisitor tries to free himself/herself but in doing so does not notice a Red Templar charging towards them about to strike a fatal/critical blow, the Inquisitor's weapon is just out of reach as he/she desperately tries to pull out the murder knife to cut themself free, the companions are too overwhelmed by enemies to reach you as one of them screams out your name to warn you of the incoming blow. The Red Templar lifts his sword and brings it down hard just as a unknown shield blocks the blow from reaching you, the Inquisitor looks up to see Cullen with a look of white hot anger and pure determination pushing back the Red Templar, stabbing his sword clean through the guy, buying you enough time to cut yourself free and rejoin the fight.
The cutscene ends and you continue to fight the remaining Red Templars and Behemoth in-battle with Cullen and your companions, once the Behemoth's life bar has been whittled down enough another cutscene triggers of you, Cullen and the companions taking down the last of the Red Templars as it cuts quickly to Cullen who is in a battle rage cutting them down in a fury and then charging head long at the behemoth, performing that awesome jumping death blow that we've seen warrior Hawke and Alistair do a few times (you know the one). The Behemoth falls to the ground as our Inquisitor and co stagger a little exhausted as Cullen rips his sword from the monsters head growling angrily as he jumps down from the torso panting heavily as he comes down from his battle rage. The scene then proceeds as it normally would when companions/important characters introduce themselves.

Lola!! That's pretty awesome!!
Although one thing, I don't really see Cullen as the "battle rage" type (seems like a berserker or something haha) but more of the calm, cold soldier type.

They were his past brothers in arms once upon a time, who turned on the Divine (who's now dead) and started huffing the red stuff and working with demons. I'd be super angry if I was him, LOL!Lola!! That's pretty awesome!!

I suppose you could have him jump down calmly, either works really.

I'm usually against scars, because you are supposed to wear a helmet! Helmets protect your head from being stabbed and slashed a lot. Cullen, of course, neglects helmets, because he's too beautiful
So his face gets scarred. What a shame. Scars are sexy though ![]()
BTW, I'll be offline for the most part of this week. And if something happens (like, news about Cullen, new screenshots), can somebody let me know on twitter, please? Oh, and please save me a slot on the 1000th page, I'm afraid I will miss it, but I have a picture ready for it ![]()

Question is, did we bring the spiky ladder? or did the wardens honestly forget to push it away from the wall?

One things for sure, he wasn't calm when dealing with Wilmod, so I don't reckon he'd be calm dealing with the Red Templars.
Oh you don't think so? I did read that scene as him being very calm and cool though! Maybe because I've seen what true rage/anger looks like lol *abusive households FTW!... or not* He still seemed very much in control there. His voice was pretty steady. The only time he seemed to lose it was when he noticed Hawke, and then we have the infamous, slightly high-pitched and shocked, "This is templar business, stranger!" lol

Dunno what happened there my phone went mad before I could reply, lol.
He wasn't raging with Wilmod but I wouldn't call him calm or cool once he turned into a demon, poor guy sounded shook up.
That being said, having Cullen kill all these Red Templars and the Behemoth in a cold, methodical way would be pretty cool, like he was so battle hardened and uncaring about whether he'd get killed that he's un-phased, like he's bottled everything away and locked it inside, and the Inquisitor gradually has to break through his defences to get him to open up and soften to her/him. Then maybe we finally see him crack and go full on emotional battle rage after something bad happens to the Inquisitor in-battle that nearly kills her/him which finally makes him strike up the romance with the Inquisitor in the scenes after she/he is recovered.

Man now that I think about this it makes a ton of sense that he sounded shocked! He follows one of his recruits out to the wounded coast and suddenly Hawke (who he doesn't know yet) and three others show up armed to the teeth. I'd worry they were in league with Wilmod in some way!
Cullen :"I will know what you're doing and I will know NOW"
Hawke: " Don't you lay another hand on that boy!"
:Cullen looks at Hawke and Co:
Picks Wilmod up dusts him off:
"Oh this guy? Noooo we are just..uh...practicing for a play!"
Merrill "Oh I love plays! What's it called!"
Cullen " uh...interrogation?"

Thanks for the welcome ![]()
I read a couple of pages back about how there was a lack of Templar insignia on Cullen’s new armour. Is it possible that the red sash he now has around his chest is a Templar skirt and he’s just wearing it a different way so that the sword is on the back?
I know the design is a little different with the gold trimming though.
Sorry if this was said before and I missed it.

This is brilliant Lola! The perfect badass first meeting I'm asking for and also makes the inquisitor appear less Marysuish/Garystuish in the process.

I'd like that. Having proper names to give all of the companions would be nice. Though, I would miss the fan-made nicknames some of the gang have got! Beardy, Dramatic Hands Mustache guy, etc...
I'll certainly miss the nicknames too, although the bearded warden will always be Feathers for me,even when we learn his real name!
