Guuuuurl *clicks fingers*, what's funny is that it's really no different to having a partner in real life. You wouldn't want some random bint coming onto your boyfriend/girlfriend (unless you're into that), the same rule applies in-game for the protagonist, LOL!

Makes me think of Fenris shutting down Zevran in DA2. Wonder how Cullen would react if another person were to blatantly hit on you if he's your LI... I can see him pulling a silent stare down to get the "off limits" point across.

Our saving grace is that DAI has had a much longer development time and they seem to really be paying attention to what was wrong with not only DA2 but ME3 as well. We all know that Cullen's romance arc/story arc could never live up to what we've spent years thinking about, even if he was a plot heavy companion, but I think/hope it'll at least be done some justice.

 

The fact that he's an npc-romance does worry me, but that's really only because the DA games never had them before beyond a quick fumble with an npc, and the ones in the Mass Effect games were kinda lacking, lol. I've always felt that Dragon Age has done their romances/character interactions better than Mass Effect anyway, so that's something at least.

I like how the devs have said that the big bad guy will come looking for us and show up on our doorstep to fight us once we've become a certain threat level. I like that idea so much over the bad guy just waiting for us to approach them.

It's nice to see one that is so proactive! Usually they're too arrogant to realise that the protagonist is a threat until we're kicking it's arse!

This happens all the time to me now that my boyfriend and I live back in our hometown. He's (normally) so nice & polite to everyone and most girls take that as flirtation, and they'll give me side looks of death (it's even worse if there's 2 of them) like "WHO IS DIS UGHH!" It's funny. And annoying.

My boyfriend believes all I do is flirt on the forums and guys apparently would find a girl who loves gaming 'irresistible and awesome' so he bet me that I wouldn't change my photo to 'that one pic of you with that fake mustache' and keep it for 3 days. I asked him what I would get if I won, and he said he would wash dishes for 3 days in a row which I HATE doing because we don't have a dishwasher so it has to be done by hand. I said "HA! Challenge accepted!"

August - Last Flight releases (New DA book)

September - DA Keep releases to the public to play around with before DA:I release (the devs, Mike Laidlaw in particular, mentioned they wanted the keep out at least a few weeks before DAI launches so that we can all get a feel for the keep)

October - DA:I releases
