Cole is early 20s I believe, although the one picture we have of 'him' (as it's not officially confirmed that's him..but we know) looks older than that. I doubt he'll be romanceable due to his personality anyways.
I'll have to do a mage origin run when I get home tonight. That will probably give me greater perspective.

I've seen the thread has moved rather quickly since the last time I checked...Did we learn something new or is it just the thread moving in it's usual fast pace?
I'm almost positive that is precisely what I did every other time. I'll be extra perceptive this go.
He's standing next to a door when you go on your way to talk to the first Enchanter I believe. Just walk up to every templar lol

here's hoping. I think it inevitably has to be different than our companion approvals (if he's an NPC), since Id be surprised if you could offend one of your advisors into leaving. But I would hope you could offend Cullen into breaking up with you.
I know we've been assuming advisors won't be able to leave because we need them to run our keeps, but I won't be shocked if they can leave in extreme cases. If we're disagreeing with everything they say, we're probably not devoting many resources to their faction anyway.

Hm, I expect that unless they give a us a "dismiss" option (not sure why they would implement something like that. It sounds like too much work for little payoff) that branch of our forces will probably just fail if we don't devote enough resources to them. Kind of like what could happen in Awakenings. I sure look forward to finding out though. It would be cool if out decisions really had that much influence!

Thanks for the consideration on spoiler tags everyone. FYI, since the paperback finally came out, I'm going to go buy Asunder TODAY! Then I'll be able to participate in those discussions with you guys : D

I find that hard to imagine since he's been depicted as having a very loyal and dutiful personality. Also, definitely not a player. However, cheating would be bad, so I may condone a deserving "ball kick" : P
I'd rather not physically harm him or his hypothetical partner in cheating, but since (as Narcia said) he's all Lawful and ****, and since at least in the games I've played Bioware has only had an LI cheat on the player once, I have no idea why this topic keeps coming up. :\

Thank you for accepting my choice to punish him. In the very, very, very minuscule chance that BW would make some mechanic where Cullen and some other character flirt even though Cullen's romance is flagged as active, I'd just bail and go for someone else.

I just started reading Asunder, and seeing all these spoiler tags makes me afraid that some sh*t is gonna go down. Must....not...click...... 
I am extremely skeptical that this book is not gonna give me some major feels. TME made me cry. These Bioware writers seem to feed on our tears, even through their books.

LOL. Well, if he was more than just pixels, I think I'd have a harder time being okay with it since I'm not actually the violent type. (I'm pretty sure ...) However, I think it's pretty unlikely from a character standpoint and if it happened to be a "I forgot I was in a romance with you" flagging error, well that's not his fault. same reason I also can't blame him for not noticing when Hawke's a mage.
