I don't think this means anything. If you go to the map feature on the main site, every point in history from the timeline is marked on the map with its relevant heraldry. That just means that something related to the Crows  happened in that one spot sometime in the whole history of Thedas.

Yeah, I don't really see a scenario where we'd be forced to kill Zevran. It wouldn't really make sense for his character that he wouldn't be willing to at least try to talk things out. If the assassin is Zevran, I think we'd be given the opportunity to work together with him against a common enemy as we did in DA2.

How cool would that be! Recruiting the assassin at the party! Mind you, that's very close to Zevs intro in DA:O. Chances are it won't be Zev at all, it'll probably be a bad guy or a just some npc.
