In Dragon Age Awakening we encounter the Architect and his Sentient darkspawn, he reveals to us that he creates them through the use of grey warden blood. He takes the grey wardens resistence to the taint and gives it to the darkspawn, and thus they achive sentience.
But in Dragon Age Origins Alistair tells us that the Grey Wardens resistance to the taint only lasts so long, up to 30 years and then they start loosing their resistance and succumb to the corruption becoming ghouls, as we further witness with Larius and although not a Warden: Tamlen.

Does this mean that the Darkspawn sentience is only temporary as well, and that once the resistance to the taint in Grey Warden blood wears off, they will continue hearing "The Song" again like tainted and Darkspawn do and return to being mindless beasts following the Archdemons will searching only for the source of "The Song"?

Interesting theory. Wonder where darkspawn would go for their calling. The surface? But then again, how long do darkspawn live normally?

Edit: Thinking about it, they would probably just stay underground.

Yeah they will just go back to seeking out the old gods and will probably be the same as all the other darkspawn since grey warden blood isn't doing anything for them
They seem to be immortal since the taint sustains them, as witnessed with the Ancient Darkspawn in origins

Well, the Architect has been immune to the song for decades at least, so it seems to hold more permanence for them than it does for us.

The Achitect is speculated to be one of the ancient tevinter magisters that entered the golden city with Corypheus however, so if this be the case he was initially human so it would effect him differently..Plus if it true he would be one of the most powerful Maleficars that ever lived, Avernus held the taint at bay for 200 years with his blood magic, A Tevinter Magister could keep it at bay even longer
