Just started a new game and this time my femshep looks like this

Here is my first Shepard, who went through ME1 and ME2 looking same, but then had to have some "plastic surgery" since she didn't exactly look as pretty with her settings, nor human (didn't import right I guess; her mouth for example went way too low/ cheekbones were too massive).

 

For references, here is her ME1 and ME2 looks:

On side note, it was surprisingly hard NOT to give her Storm-look by giving white/gray hair and eyebrows while re-editing her face, would have looked so cool on her....

Ah, I'm afraid I got rid of him a while ago, but I could try recreating him and providing you with the sliders.

Seen Lazarus mentioned a few times. Are all the revised exe's broken? I have the latest lod_mapping.xml but all the exe's linked in the old threads, r23 included, don't seem to be up anymore.
