I've beaten the Queen Corrupt Spider and found Bhanka's (sp?) journal and it says it contains a map showing the way to the Deep Trenches from Caradin's Crossing. There is no notation of this on my in-game map and no inventory item. Anyone get stuck on this?

I think the Deep Trenches are straight behide were you find the journal. Just go that way .

yep - "The Dead Trenches" are in a tunnel that begins right passed the spot where Branka left the Journal.
