I only found out about two days ago when I set a topic up about it. Unfortunately they can only be set up in groups or off lobby. I don't know why we aren't allowed to set them up in other categories.

Yeah I think I'm going to send a request for them to be in all categories or at least an explanation in the BioWare Forum/BSN Help category.
