It would explain Michel's presence in the Highlands. He might've realized the RT made a deal with Ishmael and wants to search one of their outpost to know more about the spirit/demon.

Not sure. Celene mentions multiple times that he is a pretty big guy and tall, so idk if he'll look any different.

They aren't really supposed to look different, since the developers mentioned that the children of elves and humans are technically human.

Impossible. They have always said that the half elven are always human. That's the whole point. If they looked different, Michel would have never made it through the door to become a Chevalier.

I recall that half-elves are supposed to be completely humans in appearance.

Perhaps Imshael is the source of the Red Lyrium.  Perhaps it gave them a choice; "Continue as you are, and risk running out of lyrium and all that entails, or accept this red lyrium, that will give you all the power you need to pursue your goals, at the eventual cost of your sanity."

 

Dont think ishmael would mention losing your sanity part...

I know that Feynriel was given a slightly elven look to his design, but that's not really know it's supposed to be by their own lore, since Gaider's novel "The Calling" has Fiona tell Maric that the children of elves and humans are human, since he remarks that their child looks completely human. It's also why some speculate Alistair may be Fiona's son, and why Slim Couldry looked completely human.

I don't think Michel will be dead at the start of the game. I'm not sure if he'll survive through it though.

I'm kind of pissed off about That quest. There was a glitch on the Italian Xbox version that prevented doing the grissom quest for one-two months, when they patched the game .
