So I came on here, had no idea that Josephine was released, saw her and started flailing and I am not afraid to admit that. ![]()

"in LotSB and ME3 (only after the prologue missions)".
Who also wrote Samara and the monastery mission, and the two side missions on Rannoch (including the consensus mission and a fat chunk of really great Legion dialogue back on the ship), and the war asset descriptions, and some of the ambient dialogue on the Citadel (including the Shepard VI and refund-guy's final accounting).
You're kidding? I knew she wrote Liara but she ALSO wrote most of my favourite parts of ME3 that weren't written by Patrick Weekes? AND she wrote LotSB?
Too much...

The Consensus mission was incredibly inconsistent with previous lore, biased and terrible gameplay wise.
But Shep VI was alright I suppose.

What if she starts sweet talking and/or seducing the Inquisitor in Spanish?
Or even better...Italian!

Despite being from Antiva, i dont think she has a very noticeable accent due to her skill as a diplomat which might imply that she is fluent in multiple languages

One can have an accent even while being fluent in multiple languages. I speak a few, and even in English I have a slight accent, despite speaking the language since I was 6-7 in a predominantly English speaking country.

How was it inconsistent with previous lore? We never heard the Geth's side of it from anywhere. And I'd say less biased than the Quarian's version since Geth have no real reason to twist the facts, but I'd rather not argue on this glorious day.

I think it's one thing for us to express our feelings about the writing and our pessimism/optimism, but a Geth/Quarian debacle is maybe a bad idea for a thread on Josephine?

In honor of Josephine's diplomacy, I removed it. ![]()

She wrote for LotSB, but she wasn't lead (I believe she's said in the past that she worked on Liara there, which is what I was intending to imply; I think this was the first thing she worked on after joining BioWare). And she left for the DA team before ME3 even released, so she must have some great plots cooked up in addition to writing Josephine. You're kidding? I knew she wrote Liara but she ALSO wrote most of my favourite parts of ME3 that weren't written by Patrick Weekes? AND she wrote LotSB?

Just to note, though, John Dombrow wrote all of the Tuchanka arc. He truly had the stuff, but he no longer works for BioWare (unless he returned). Patrick Weekes wrote the main Rannoch arc, with Sylvia doing the side missions and the awesome investigative parts of Legion's dialogue when he comes to the Normandy (the consensus mission is controversial, but it's one of the few memorable side missions from ME3 for me, and I love what she did with Liara).

She was part of the writing team for LOTSB, which was led by Patrick.
Either way, I agree. Too much is too much.

She's not royal, though. She's the eldest daughter of a noble family.

Yes but so much emphasis is put on her skill in writing and negotiating, i wouldnt be surprised if she didnt have much of an accent
