For her I'd be willing to settle for being the loved but not married partner

I wonder if romancing her can only end in marriage if you're a human non-Mage. Since her nobility might end up compromised if se marries anyone else, we may have to settle for being her lover on the side.

Personally I'm not interested in Josephine as an LI (at least not until I know more about her then she goes head to head with Sera) but I'm thrilled to have in our inner circle of followers and advisor, someone who isn't an actual fighter but is still set to be a strong influential character. It's nice to see someone with a 'violence isn't my way' of doing things. YAY DIPLOMACY!!
Yeah, I love that too. I'm really glad Sylvia decided one of the first things to do was not make her a fighter and instead b someone who really believe the pen is mightier than the sword. Plus it gives us a perspective we've never had in a DA game before.

That's really interesting. I wonder why. Was there any context given for that?

I'm guessing that more means you can't get married and have kids in game, I'd bet there's still some endings where the slides may say you married someone

Glad with that, was upset that my noble dwarf on first time of playing Dragon Age that I couldn't marry Anora and say screw you Orzammar.

Y'know, if this was Mass Effect 3 I wouldn't be so happy about the idea of romancing an NPC, but honestly from all we've seen and heard the NPC's seem to be just as fleshed out and alive as the companions, so I can't wait to romance Josephine. ![]()

Yeah, if Vivienne isn't a LI, I'm going for Josephine. I don't think they would give less romance content to anyone in particular.

There is yet a good chance that Viv is a LI. Sheryl Chee confirmed that we had 8 options within the Inquisition. If they keep an even 4/4 split between male and female LIs, Vivienne is the only possible one left since Leliana is off limits.

I missed over 60 pages since last I was in here.
No inventory baby popping up in this game.
Josie sounds interesting. I'd like to hear more about her, especially from Antiva. I also found out, the group by the end of the game could go all the way down to Inquisitor and one person they didn't name. One of my sessions will do this if possible.
Eight is the LI number? There is only four females so Josie would be one. If the 8 is true.

Makes me wonder who the other one is... my gut-feeling says Blackwall. A voice at the back of my head says it's Varric, because dwarves need love too.
But this is not the place nor time to discuss this.
I'm all set on romancing Josephine now anyway.

I'm guessing this is one of those outcomes that will require a guide to accomplish. Alienating all your allies... Gotta be the worst leader ever.

Since this is a Josephine thread:
Just challenge Josie to a duel, and bring a sword. She'll bring a pen. Done.

Seriously though, I'm sure Josephine is one of the people we can drive away. Just be an over-aggressive dill-hole and she'll pack up since her advice is not welcome. I'm pretty sure that would not sit well with Leliana either...
Nope, the only person who will stand by us no matter what is Cassandra. Why? Because it's her duty.
I really don't want to drive Josie away though... I want her to get closer... A lot closer.

"No, a little closer. No, even closer!"
Oh I'm thinking Cassandra is that one person as well.
And yeah, I agree, ignoring Josephine's advice and being over-aggressive seems a great way to get her back to Antiva.

Sorry, I disagree, but this is JUST me. See, she's an integral member of the Inquisition, I think she sees how important it/Inquisitor is. Like maybe she could leave after the crisis is averted, but I don't see her leaving in the middle of all this chaos. ![]()

Well, worst as in the most vile could be said too.
I did have only 3 left in origins to fight off the Archdemon, killed the rest. DA2, had a playthrough where I cant remember who was left but killed who I could there too. I do that once in each game I play.
Sera wouldn't want to leave, nor most of the others. They joined for great reasons and seems necessary to keep them. Which I end up would keep them around. Yeah, I would need the guide on this one to be sure that one play through can kill/drive them away.
