I am so happy about all the romances so far.  In DA2 I "liked" all the romances but didn't love any of them.  It seems this time around I will have a bunch that will be fighting for favorite.

My apologies for how late this is, but I wanted to wish you all a congratulations on her reveal. It was a long time coming, but I think the wait was worth it? She sounds like a total babe, and I find myself adoring her! I can't wait to learn more about her, and I'm excited to hear she isn't a fighter of any kind--! That and her focus on diplomacy (and the fact she even enjoys it) will offer an interesting perspective, I believe.

In DAO, I liked all the romances but only really loved Aliatair's and Leliana's.

In DA2, I liked all the romances but only really loved Merrill's. 

 

But in this game there are already like 3 romances I'm pretty certain I'll love.

And yes it was. I know me saying "they saved the best for last" was mostly a joke, but when revealed I was surprised I was actually right and Scribbles is the best(in my opinion of course). And I agree, there are so many aspects to Josephine that we've never had, like female Antivan, non-Crow Antivan, non-fighting follower, etc that will make really unique.

The bolded bit is what I'm interested in. In the DA series we've never had someone in the protagonist's inner circle that wasn't a killing machine in their own right. She is the first 'civilian' LI so to speak.

Same here, Morrigan and Isabela were the only romances I loved, This game on the other hand, I'm already obsessed with Josie and I really really wanna try Cassandra and am quite curious about Dorian.
