So... is Scribbles unarmed in this scene or is she holding a weapon we can't see?

I say she is unarmed. She doesn't have weapons holstered like those who are armed.

For a while it looked like she might have a weapon holstered that she was holding onto with her right hand... but alas, it's just the background looking brighter near her hand.

 

As for the left hand... there's a possibility she is holding a staff. She's farther away than the others, so it could still be hidden behind Warden. And the position of her arm.

Yeah, her right hand almost appears to be gripping a scroll actually. 

 

As for the left, yeah with how big Grey Warden is there can be anything there.

Maybe she wields Grey Warden. Like, he got into debt and she helped him out so now he is her muscle.

Straight from the Wiki: Lucrosians- prioritize the accumulation of wealth, with the gaining of political influence a close second. They are few in number.

I hope she is a Lucrosian. It would tie in nicely with the commerce aspect of her pillar of the Inquisition, and it would also mean that all three advisors are combat-ready and can possibly join the party.
