I couldn't call someone that deals with politics, Antivan court, as someone to be taken lightly. Josie grew up in Antivan Nobility that deals with Crows, that are assassinating courtiers left and right. If she can survive that kind of politics, she isn't someone to take lightly at all.

She's going to be annoying. I have that feeling about her, that if I don't talk to her every damn time I return from a mission, (just like in mass effect 3)  it'l end up screwing my mojo. And I don't like people who screw ma mojo.... And annoy me.....
