As I said, sexually ambiguous is the fog that covers the land the mountain connects. So someone who finds men attractive yet doesn't want to pursue an intimate relationship(ala Merrill with Qunari) would be an example. 

 

In the real world, you wouldn't immediately call a girl who says a guy is handsome is straight or a guy who says that guy is handsome is gay, would you? You don't have enough data to surmise their sexuality. Even they may not. They just think that one guy is attractive.

I think many men are handsome and many women are beautiful. This does not make me a bisexual however. I just find their physical appearance pleasing.

I don't really see why the inquisitor would be telling Josephine how to dress. With the others, it's justifiable because it's practical equipment, but with her it's just clothes.

Though I suppose we could get her a new dress as a present.

Yeah, I think that's just because he's at the keep or in the field.

 

I don't know if they will vary that much, to be honest. I know a lot of people would want to remove Leliana's hood, but I think it's there to stay.

You'll have to romance them. Positive side of that is they aren't going to do the "sex in underwear" route but more like the ME1 route.
