I was flipping through channels last night and came on Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends, so I decided to watch for nostalgia's sake and laughed when it was the Scribbles episode. Whenever they said the word scribbles, I immediately thought of this character every time.

I'm imagining a Scribbles romance scene like this:

*Quizzy and Scribbles are taking stock of a recently captured outpost*

Scribbles: This fortress you've captured is amazing, Inquisitor! DId you know it was originally an ancient Tevinter outpost?

*They come across a secluded room*

Scribbles: And it has a working Tevinter caldarium !!!
Inquisitor: We could go out, maybe catch a live performance... We don't ABSOLUTELY HAVE to use the...

*cut to scene of Quizzy and Scribbles in their smallclothes immersed in steaming water*

Inquisitor: Sigh.You're VERY persuasive.

Creative Director Mike Laidlaw says the E3 showing will allow BioWare to hone in on relationships in the game as “there’s a real appeal to feeling like there’s this team that kind of has your back but often doesn’t have your back very well...”

“That’s one of the core things we’re exploring in Inquisition. What’s it like to be the leader? There’s a lot of emphasis on you deploying troops and giving orders and listening to advisers, so feeling more like a commander who’s making a call.”

 

So it sounds like Scribbles and the other advisers will play a much larger role than NPCs of previous games who just gave you alerts and the occasional quest.

I pray so, as much as I loved Traynor, she was less useful than Kelly at times. (I also loved Kelly).

 

Anyway, this just leaves Scribbles, "Cole" and DMHG without names, and those three plus Solas and Cullen without official releases (well, more like half of Cullen, we DO know he's a romance option. That's it.)

 

GIMME SCRIBBLES-KNOWLEDGE. By the way, can I just say how the number of non-white humans keeps getting better in each BioWare game? And in BIG ROLES no less.

She looks Middle Eastern in that picture.  Is there a region of Thedas that is meant to mimic the real world middle east?

 

also as much as I would like the last companion to be a women it dose look like she will play some other role in the Inquisition than a companion. 

 

Off topic is that Elf in the background meant to be Solas or some other character?  Since the elf in the picture has hair...

Yeah, I hope those 5 are revealed in the daily Meet the Heroes thing before the confirmed ones are.

I would love her to be Antivan, since the only Antivan women we've met is Oriana Cousland, and that was barely anything. I'd like to see the women's perspective of that nation, especially after reading the DA wiki page about Antiva.

Agreed. I'd love to have like Sera and have a close up ingame picture of her. The only one we have is the group photo and everyone is far in that one.

I don't know, I'd be fine pulling a Daveth and have no problem watching her back. 

 

As for class, she'll either be a Mage to match Cullen being a Warrior and Leliana being a Rogue, or a true noncombatant.

Some think she may be from the Lucrosian Fraternity if she is a mage, since that fraternity was all about gaining political and economic influence.

I do too personally. Being a Lucrosian Mage would be cool, but to have a true character who isn't any of the three classes would be cool and an interesting perspective on the events can be shared.
