As far as the delay to the 18th goes, my biggest worry is that I won't be able to get most of the week off work like I was for the week of the 7th.I can always shift days around, but the week before thanksgiving might be filled up already. We'll see.

I probably shouldn't be touching the game before January, but I know myself too well. I just hope the cost won't be my grades XD

Well, they have plenty of time now. 

All they need is to hire Brian Bloom back, which they will anyway for DLC, and have him either reread the lines with her old nickname but with Scribbles or even just say Scribbles in a variety of ways. Whichever one is easier. Then have someone swap the lines. That should take a few people who aren't bug checking or polishing only a couple to few days, a week at the latest, to do.

Well, when asked a couple weeks ago if it was in Josephine's writer Sylvia said "I'm afraid not. It's a pretty good one, though." Add that with quite a few devs using it and liking it as well, Patrick for example saying something along the lines of "Not that I'd ever get tired of calling her Scribbles" when her name was confirmed, so it is well liked by Bioware.

Some clarification so I'm not being a grumpy killjoy just for the sake of it:

 

I've always been of the opinion that "Scribbles" is too cutesy of a nickname for my tastes. I'd call my cat Scribbles. Not a subordinate, not a friend and certainly not a lover.

Someone needs to unpack the voice files, find someone that sounds like Varric, record "Scribbles" and splice it into every conversation. Go modders go!

I'm getting the game for the Xbox One, not PC, though.

That's... really disappointing. Prothy the Prothean made it in, though I guess that WAS actually DLC that they were able to work on after the game was finalized. Hopefully Scribbles appears in some DLC.
