IIRC, Josephine's family is that of wealthy merchants who've gained political power, not traditional nobility. Marrying the head of an orginization with economic and military power would seem to be a good fit.

Not to mention the whole 'saved the world' bit. That's always good for publicity.

Not to mention the Inquisition is a multinational organization. That provides more potential power (especially in terms of trading and espionage) that a provincial noble, even a Duke. Hopefully, even though we never visit Nevarra or Antiva we get to send agents there and establish some presence in most Andrastian nations.

That makes me think that the Inquisition might steal the Grey Wardens' spotlight. They are needed during Blights. For everything else, there's the Inquisition.

"Have no fear, the Inquisition is here! To solve all your problems; gathering a few herbs, killing a few bandits, resolving your relationship issues, even saving the world!"

And for a limited time only, you'll receive a fabulous lyrium infused glove that makes your hand glow like the Inquisitor's!

In regards to romance, BioWare's writers have shown a continued willingness to deny the player a happy ending. People being outraged over Jacob leaving them will not make a single shred of difference. People were outraged over Alistiar and Morrigan as well, but David mostly laughs that off.

We are going to have eight romances. These romances will play out differently. There is no way they will all have happy endings. We might even see the end of the Leliana romance with her dying or falling for someone else.

Josephine can love you, care for you, and then leave you at the end.

If that makes you sad or angry, that's the point.

I agree with what you're saying but it's not healthy for Leliana to fall for someone else...well, it's not healthy for that person she falls for

It will be nice to no longer see 'But why isn't my Warden fixing [problem completely unrelated to Blights]?'

If Leliana started a relationship with someone else, you'd murder them?

If I can't have the original cast of Star Trek, then no one will!

Remember that time Anders lost his mind, blew up the chantry, and either died at your hands or had to go on the run?

Pepperidge Farms remembers.

And Pepperidge Farm won't keep it to Pepperidge Farm free of charge, so why don't you go out and buy this CE of DAI and maybe all your heartbreak will go away.

As for bittersweet romance endings well this isn't new territory for Bioware, hell it can be said ALL the ME3 romances ended in heartbreak, Shep dies. Unless you think that destroy ending is Shep surviving, I'm doubtful myself. Anyway if they go this route which seems likely as everybody won't make it out alive I'll have my bucket of ice-cream on the ready, yunno to eat away the hurt... again. :P

You might want to have a jar of maraschino cherries, a can of whipped cream and a bottle of chocolate sauce just to be safe. A couple of bananas couldn't hurt either.

That's the only way to maximize the harvest of tears they intend to feast on.

On an unrelated note:  Wouldn't it be cool if the Reaver spec had a battle cry like "I eat punks like you for breakfast!".

Varric: He really does!

Indira Varma would be an excellent choice.  For Josephine, or for Vivienne for that matter.

Only if Kevin Conroy voices the inquisitor.

The suspense is killing me! She could really be either. It says she has a knack for accents, so there is really no way to tell.

Waaaaaaaaaaaiiiiiiit a minute, I suddenly realize that Vivienne's voice did sound familiar!

I gotta hear her talk again.

Edit: Okay, so I listened to Vivienne talking again and I'm 90% sure that she is indeed voiced by Indira Varma.

That would have been awesome! Mark Hamil could voice Gaspard. :D

I'm definitely sure that she's Vivienne VA now.

I mean David Gaider commented on how he found it odd that we didn't recognize her VA.

Not to mention Vivienne probably clashes a lot with Solas.

Oh God I'm depressed again.

We're so blinded by wanting to know who Josie's VA is that we forget about little stuff like that :D

Kinda sad now, she was awesome in Human Target (and everything else I've seen her in) and she would've done Scribbles well. Oh well, heres hoping we like Scribbles real Voice Actor even better =)
